Today we have a meditation for depression.
If you feel sad,
Emotional,
Completely imbalanced like in a big black hole lying on the ground or you only have negative thoughts,
It feels heavy and there is like a lot of darkness but no light.
And you just don't feel good in every cell.
And if you feel like this,
Then I truly invite you.
So invite the 30 minutes to allow where you are,
To let everything change on their own.
I don't ask you for transformation,
I don't ask you to change anything.
Instead I ask you,
Please be here,
Be now.
There might come happiness,
There might come acceptance,
There might come joy and bliss or just a smile.
That's everything allowed to come and if you feel you're ready to dive into the meditation with me right now.
Let's begin.
Like I said before,
No need to change anything.
So if you don't want to close your eyes or don't want to keep them open,
Then don't.
If you want to sit,
Then sit.
If you're already lying,
Then lie.
And there is not any perfect position.
I truly invite you,
Just be there where you are.
And if you feel where you are right now is not benefiting you the best,
Then feel into your body and do the movement.
Come into the body position where your body needs to be right now.
There is the power of deeply listening and accepting where you are.
You don't even need to change your breath.
If it feels heavy with the inner hand or exhale,
If you feel so grounded in your body,
It's okay.
Uplifting moments will come again and stay where you are right now.
Feel it.
And just keep breathing.
Keep breathing.
Keep feeling more than anything else.
The secret at last in the moment.
In the full acceptance of the now,
If you're worried about the past,
If you're worried about the future,
You get stuck in your thoughts,
In your emotions,
In your body.
It doesn't feel you.
And then feel into it.
Are you holding on to something?
Come back.
Be here.
Be now.
Feel your body.
How does it feel?
From the toes to the head,
Your whole body.
And every sound from the outside,
Like the singing birds,
Just listen.
They all have their own melody,
Their own frequency.
They're so uniquely perfect,
Same as you.
The birds,
They sing their own songs.
It's their healing sound.
They sing to communicate,
To feel alive,
Same as you.
When you start to listen to your own melody,
To your own heart rhythm,
There is the power.
Talk,
Listen,
Think to yourself,
The words you want to hear,
The words which support you,
Which nourish you,
Which makes you happy.
Listen to your body right now.
Listen.
Can you feel the heartbeat?
And to feel it's better,
You can also use your hands.
Allow yourself to change.
It comes automatically if you accept the full present and now.
If you feel you want to move your hands,
Do it.
Put them on your heart.
Feel your rhythm.
Feel the warmth of the blood flow inside.
It's always there for you.
Supporting you.
Your own melody is the most beautiful,
Unique thing you have.
So like you,
There's nobody else in the world.
Might you have a twin?
But even the twin,
Even a good friend or your partner,
You're melting wisdom into them.
You get one mentally,
Emotional,
Physically,
In which layer it might be.
You can melt.
And then you come back to yourself.
They all remind you of who you are.
Accept that.
See yourself.
Feel yourself.
Allow yourself to be you.
There's the power,
The joy,
And the bliss.
It comes from accepting.
For the next around 25 minutes,
Just be you.
Whenever you get stuck again in thoughts,
In old memories,
Or in the future,
Just be here now.
Be now.
Breathe.
Feel your body.
How do you feel?
Now.
What are you seeing now?
Inside.
Outside.
Be here.
How beautiful is it to be here right now?
How do you feel?
Are you enjoying the beauty of yourself?
So be here,
To be now.
Take the time you need to slowly come to an ending of this meditation.
You continue in real life.
Be here,
Be now.
What was your beauty and whatever happiness there was at the beginning,
How do you feel now?
