Welcome,
Beautiful soul,
To loving yourself.
How to love yourself every moment,
Every day,
A little bit more and a little bit more.
Today was the topic,
How to activate your pleasure,
How to feel your inner muse and the life force.
It is not a sexual meditation.
It can activate your sexual energies,
But it's not a sexual meditation.
To keep this really clear,
It can get sensual and it can flow in these ways where you want to let it flow.
Energy goes where you put your awareness.
Take a deep inhale and a long exhale.
Once you are ready,
And today I invite you more for a seated position to start in,
To move freely when the time is ready.
But if you feel to start in the lying position,
Then lie down and allow yourself to maybe move later.
Take a long inhale,
Close your eyes and relax with the exhale.
Inhale,
Feel yourself and exhale.
Relax.
Relax your face,
Your jaw.
Inhale,
Feel yourself,
Exhale,
Just be.
Take a few breaths for yourself to allow,
To ground,
To get ready to open spaces in you,
Which will be new.
And give yourself permission to say yes.
Yes to trust your body to feel safe and supported.
To open and connect deeply with your pleasure from deep within,
Because this is where it all starts.
And I want to invite you to connect with the element of water.
The liquids inside of you,
You might feel them in your mouth,
The tongue.
When it gets wet,
When you eat something that you really like,
This is also really pleasurable.
This activation of the liquids.
And the mouth is connected with the sacral chakra,
The second chakra.
It is located right at the back,
The root chakra,
The lower part of your spine,
Second or third vertebra.
As well,
The sexual organs.
And just allow your awareness to travel there.
It is the seed of creativity as well.
And to bring more awareness into this part,
We will put our hands down.
But if this doesn't feel aligned with you right now,
Then just keep your hands where they are,
Or you can even float them around these areas,
Or put one hand on the lower abdomen and one on the lower back,
Or both on the lower back,
Or both on the lower abdomen.
But if it feels aligned with you,
You can put them over your yoni or your lingam.
But really listen to what feels aligned for you.
I will repeat,
This is not a sexual meditation.
This is to connect to your deep senses of being,
To raise your awareness.
Wrap your hands on each other and increase the heat.
If there is a lot of heat,
Increase it even more.
Yes,
A bit more.
And have fun.
Increase the fire in your hands.
A lot.
Until they are really,
Really warm.
And then find the spot where you want to place your hands today.
And wherever you put them,
Feel the heat of your hands traveling inside,
Traveling into the depths of your being.
Feel your breath.
Really feel the warmth.
It is like a sunny day and the warmth is really traveling deep inside.
You activated it through your hands.
Relax your face,
Relax your shoulder and allow yourself to just simply be and feel.
And deepen your breath into your hands,
Into your sacral chakra.
With each inhale,
You increase the warmth,
You increase the love and all sensations which activates you,
Which motivates you.
If you're still a lot in your head,
Just allow to travel the mind,
To sink deeper and deeper,
To really feel.
Feel the temperature.
Connect again with the element of water.
And slowly I invite you to move around this place and your body will know if it's a circular movement,
If it's an infinity symbol,
If it's forward or backwards.
And start with slow movements,
Really,
Really slow movements.
The more slow,
The more awareness is there.
And get away of all the sensations which might come up and increase the movement,
Increase the heat inside,
And you're boiling your water.
The fire is connected with the belly,
With the many poor chakras.
You can even,
If this feels more aligned,
Connect here and then heat up your sacral chakra,
Bring the fire down.
And with each inhale,
You're traveling deep.
With each exhale,
You spread the heat fully around in this area,
Fully present in your whole hips,
In your whole inner organs.
And beware.
Find the movement which feels aligned for you.
Find your own rhythm.
And then slow down it again.
And the more you slow it down,
The more you take a deeper inhale and really bring this deep,
Deep inhale all the way down.
And with each movement,
If you feel anywhere there's a blockage or something that's not moving as smooth as you want to move it,
Allow to rotate,
To vibrate around this corner of your body.
Like your body is liquid water,
Liquid earth,
And it's moving.
Your hands are still there.
That feels aligned for you to stay centered.
With each inhale,
You raise the awareness,
Spread the love.
With the exhale,
You feel how it spreads.
And yet more slow and more slow in the movement.
And so you feel,
With the inhale,
You still can stay centered and with the exhale,
You spread the senses all around your body.
You can also imagine like you have this water and from there it's like a source and it will just flow into each center of your body.
And you might even want to move other parts of your body,
Start to spread this sensations of pleasure,
Inhale and feel your sacral chakra.
And from there with the exhale,
Expand it into your whole body and the movements will just come automatically.
Inhale deeply again with each inhale into your sacral chakra,
Into your life force.
And exhale,
Expand it into your whole system.
And your own divine movements,
Slow or quick.
With each inhale,
You center yourself really deep into the sea.
And with the exhale,
Expand it in your whole body.
And once it has reached your whole body,
Give yourself a smile to say yes,
It's there.
Even my face is allowing yourself.
With the next inhale,
Center yourself back deep into the sacral chakra and from there,
Inhale and send it out in your whole aura,
Into your whole room.
Expand the splashes.
The joy,
The bliss,
The love,
All the magical sensations you can erase and increase right now.
Let your body move on its own.
It's not you,
It's not your mind,
It's just coming from deep within.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Move.
Send it out,
Expand it.
With each inhale,
Come back to the seat of your life force energy.
Exhale,
Ripple it out into the universe as far as it will go.
With each inhale,
It comes back,
Centers,
Exhale,
Ripples out.
Find your rhythm.
Breath and movement will align automatically.
How much joy can you feel,
How much sensations can you feel?
Where are you sending it to?
Always center yourself back with the inhale.
It's allowing the unknown to take you in the places who are meant to be for you right now.
Allowing your body to trust.
Just deeply to take you where you need to be in each moment of your life.
Inhale,
Feel your body,
Feel it deeply and exhale.
Expand,
Ripple it out into infinity.
Exhale.
More,
Inhale,
Come back.
One more,
Exhale,
Ripple it all out,
Your whole flesh and love into the infinity.
Exhale,
More,
And inhale,
Come back,
Come back,
Come back.
Using both hands again on your body where you feel you want to have them right now.
Give yourself the feeling of being whole,
Being safe,
And fully allow.
Now with the inhale,
To raise the energy all along your spine,
Up and exhale,
Down.
Inhale,
Up along the spine,
Exhale,
Down along the spine.
And if you want to circulate it,
Not up and down,
You want to circulate it in a circle or any kind of form around your body,
Then this can also be helpful.
Find your own way.
Inhale always up and exhale down.
Can be inhale front body up,
Exhale back of the body down.
Or other way,
Inhale back of the body up and exhale front of the body down.
Find your own way.
Inhale always up,
Exhale energy flows down.
Inhale up,
Exhale energy flows down along your body.
It is not only your physical body right now,
It is really all the layers.
The energy is moving within you,
Around you,
Through and with you.
Inhale up and exhale down.
And open your mouth.
Inhale through nose up,
Exhale out.
Inhale through the nose in,
Exhale out.
You can even sound it.
Whatever feels good for you.
So let the energy move you.
You don't need to hold anything back.
Your body is transformed into energy,
Into vibration of your being.
Inhale up,
Exhale,
Let it go.
No attachment.
Just feel allowed to move.
Take a few more moments to fully move wherever you need to move.
If your body wants to give you a special position,
Allow it.
It's your own divine dance of energy.
Inhale energy up,
Exhale down.
It grounds you.
Inhale up,
Exhale down.
And any kind of shame,
Of guilt,
Of fear,
Or any stuck to emotions like sadness,
Just release them with each movement.
Allow yourself to release all the limits,
All the blockages,
And just move.
Move as free as you can.
Increase the pleasure of allowing yourself to expand the love,
Expand all the sensations of feeling awakened.
Breathe deeply and move.
Take the next three breaths to increase and reach the full capacity you have.
Breathe in deeper,
More pleasure,
More love,
More bliss,
And fully increase it.
One more breath.
Feel it,
Feel it,
Feel it.
And exhale,
Place the hands on your heart.
If you say,
I have the biggest,
Biggest smile,
Then come into stillness,
Come into silence,
And integrate.
Integrate your whole journey within the next minute.
Allow yourself to just feel what is there to integrate.
Breathe in deeper,
More pleasure,
More bliss,
And fully increase it.
And then come back,
Remember where you are.
The space where you are in,
The connection to this meditation all around the globe.
And through all the souls who are doing this meditation with you.
Once you're fully back here and now,
Take another deep inhale,
Feel yourself,
Exhale,
Release,
And slowly open your eyes to come back.
