Welcome to today's future self visualization meditation.
As I guide you today,
I want you to get into a comfortable position.
Maybe sitting down,
Laying down,
Whatever feels comfortable to you.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to close your eyes,
Bring your gaze inward.
And take a deep inhale in through your nose.
Release out through your mouth.
And with each inhale in through your nose.
And release out through your mouth.
You're just dropping into a deeper state of calm,
Of ease,
Of relaxation.
Knowing that you are so safe in this moment,
Safe to feel and safe to just be here.
Wherever you're sitting or laying down,
I want you to just feel the support beneath you.
Knowing that you are fully supported through this meditation and through life.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Breathing gently at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
I want you now just to picture yourself in your safe space.
Maybe that's out in nature somewhere,
Jungle,
Garden,
Beach.
Whatever space that you see in your mind's eye,
I just want you to see yourself there.
And tap into what this evokes for you.
Being in this space,
Being around nature,
Feeling the sun on your face.
Feeling the peace,
The silence.
Maybe listening to whatever noises you hear from nature.
Maybe the birds,
Maybe it's the ocean.
The wind through the trees.
Just being so present in this moment.
Listening,
Feeling.
What taste comes to your mouth?
What can you smell in the air?
What are you wearing?
How do you look?
And as you paint this picture in your mind's eye,
Get as clear as you can with all the details.
With each detail you see,
You just feel more safe,
More peace,
More ease as you gently just relax into this moment.
Breathing in gently in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And in the distance you see a beautiful house.
And as you start to walk,
You walk towards this beautiful house.
And what does this house look like to you?
What do you see?
What colour is it?
Does it have many windows?
Is it small?
Is it big?
What is it made out of?
And as you get closer you start to just identify all these textures and colours and feelings as you walk towards this beautiful house.
And as you get to the front door,
You notice the door slowly start to open.
And you notice a familiar person standing in front of you,
Inviting you in.
And this is your future self.
And as she invites you in,
You just take a moment and you just look at her,
Scanning her entire being,
Noticing what she's wearing,
The style of her hair,
What she says,
How she speaks,
Her mannerisms.
Now she invites you in lovingly.
You feel the warmness,
The sense of calm,
The sense of coming home.
And she invites you into this house and she takes you around and she takes you into every room,
Showing you around.
And with each step you take,
You just feel more comfortable,
More at ease in the space.
And you both find a beautiful space in the house.
Maybe it's in the living room or it's outside,
Somewhere comfortable.
Maybe a couch where you're seated on,
Cushions on the floor,
Laying on a hammock,
Sitting outside,
Looking over at the view,
Wherever you find yourself.
So till you walk towards the space,
You get comfortable.
And you start to engage in a conversation,
Asking her whose house this is,
Asking her what she does,
How she is.
And just engaging in this loving conversation with each word she utters back to you,
Just feel more peace,
More calm,
More ease.
And then you begin to ask her what's on your heart.
You begin to share some of your struggles,
Your challenges,
Asking her for advice,
Asking her for guidance to guide you where you need to be.
And as you listen gently to whatever comes up,
You're taking every word of encouragement,
Of guidance as she speaks to you.
And gently just listening to whatever comes up.
This is the divine message you need for this moment in this time.
Breathing in gently in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just listening,
Asking her anything else that is on your heart that you want some clarity around.
And just listening to the answers.
Listening to the way she answers those questions,
The way she speaks.
The encouragement,
The guidance she gives you.
Breathing in gently in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And she leans over and she gives you a warm hug and she reminds you that you are exactly where you need to be.
You are so worthy and you are so loved.
And with this embrace you just feel this warm sensation floating through your entire being,
Feeling so loved,
Feeling so assured and affirmed.
Connecting in this moment.
As you guys get up and you move around the house,
You're looking outside.
She walks you back to the door and as she walks you to the door,
She hands you something in your palm of your hand.
And you look down in your hand and you see this beautiful gift that she's given you.
And in this moment,
Just notice what that is for you.
And she reminds you that whenever you need any encouragement,
Guidance,
Clarity to hold onto this gift and this knowing that she's not going anywhere.
She's right here guiding you every step.
And as you say your goodbyes with one more warm embrace,
This loving connection.
You walk back down away from the house,
Back into your safe space in nature,
Just reflecting on the beautiful moment you just spent with yourself.
Taking in the messages,
The guidance,
The clarity,
The peace,
The ease of that experience,
That love that that was.
And trusting that that will lead you and guide you where you need to be.
Every day.
Breathing in gently in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
And I want you now just to bring some awareness back into the space that you're in right now.
Noticing how does your body feel?
How does your heart feel?
Noticing any sensations that's happening in this moment.
Just being with whatever is arising for you right now.

I want you to bring your awareness back into the space that you're sitting in.
Wiggling your toes,
Your fingers,
Maybe adding some movement into your body.
Just waking up every beautiful part of your body.
And gently blinking your eyes open,
Bringing your gaze back into the space.
