Welcome to the Winter Solstice Meditation for Yule.
My name is Kyra and I'll be guiding you through this meditation today.
So when you're ready,
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
And close down the eyes.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Breathe in through the nose,
Completely filling your lungs.
Then exhale through the nose,
Letting go,
Releasing.
One more deep breath in,
Completely filling up the diaphragm,
The lungs.
And as you exhale,
Completely let go.
Let your entire body relax.
And then resuming your normal breathing pattern.
As you continue to breathe in your own pace,
Visualize your body being filled with white light with each inhale.
And with each exhale,
Visualize your body relaxing a bit more,
Allowing that white light to spread throughout your entire being.
More white light comes in with each breath you take.
And with each exhalation,
That white light spreads a bit further.
Continue to fill your entire being with this white,
Pure healing light.
Allow it to spread right down to your toes,
All the way down your arms to your fingers,
All the way up to the top of your head.
Allow your entire being to be filled with this healing energy,
This pure white light.
Allow it to relax all your muscles.
Let this white light take away any pain or tension.
And allow yourself to feel weightless,
Like you are floating,
Like there is nothing weighing you down.
Allowing your body to just drift.
You are completely safe and protected here.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now,
Except for here in this moment.
In your mind's eye,
Transport yourself to a wintery day.
What does winter look like for you?
Visualize exactly where you are on this wintery day.
The winter solstice is the shortest day of the year.
And the winter solstice marks a turning point as we reflect on what we've accomplished over the past six months.
And we turn our focus to what we would like to create for the six months ahead.
So on this wintery day in your mind's eye,
Take some space to reflect on what you have created over these past six months.
Visualize all of those great accomplishments,
Achievements,
Creations.
What are you proud of achieving over these past six months?
I'll give you some space here so that you can fully appreciate how far you've come.
Now that you have recognized your biggest achievements from the past six months,
It's time to move forward and visualize what you want to create over the next six months.
What would you like to manifest for the year ahead?
What would you like to achieve?
And how would you like to feel six months from now?
I'll give you some space here so that you can fully immerse yourself in visualizing what you would like to create in the six months ahead.
Allow yourself to dream big as you visualize what it is you want to create moving forward.
You can achieve absolutely anything.
It all starts with the seeds of intention.
Hold on to that vision that you're creating of your future and believe that it will happen.
Hold faith that the universe will work with you to create this future you're dreaming of.
If you're ready to come back into the present moment take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale.
Bringing your awareness back into your physical body.
Finding your big toes and moving them a little and moving the rest of your toes.
Moving the fingers and the hands and opening up the eyes.
Coming back into the room that you're in.
