Welcome to our full moon gratitude meditation.
Please find yourself in a seated position or perhaps lying down,
Whatever feels most comfortable for you today.
And when you're ready,
Closing down the eyes and bringing your awareness to your breath.
Take a deep inhalation through the nose and exhale through the nose.
Breathe in love.
Inhale gratitude.
Inhale even more love.
And as you exhale,
Send that love outwards.
Breathe in love into your heart space.
Exhale loving kindness and forgiveness.
And resuming your normal breathing now.
Coming back to the breath throughout the meditation if your mind begins to wander.
Feel into your heart space.
Activated by the breath.
Feel the loving kindness radiating from your heart center.
Visualize your heart chakra,
Which may be green or pink.
A spinning disk of light.
Radiating warmth,
Compassion.
Love for yourself and for all other beings.
As you feel into your heart center,
Feel this space opening.
Let your defenses drop.
Letting yourself become vulnerable.
You are completely safe here in your inner world.
Exploring your inner emotions.
It is totally safe for you to be vulnerable to opening your heart.
And with your heart space wide open.
Bring to your mind someone who really needs your love and forgiveness.
It could be someone who you haven't been kind or loving to.
Someone who you may have hurt.
Or someone who's been suffering.
Really visualize that person.
Feel their energy.
And visualize a stream of green or pink light coming from your heart chakra into theirs.
Sending your love and forgiveness.
See their face lighting up with love,
Forgiveness,
Acceptance and kindness as they receive your loving vibrations.
Once you have finished sending your love to this person,
You can close off that stream of energy connecting your hearts.
Feel yourself surrounding yourself with white light.
And as this wave of cleansing comes over you,
Your loving energy still remains with this person.
But you are able to disconnect and come back to yourself.
Feeling into your heart space again now.
Visualizing your heart chakra.
That spinning wheel of light,
Green or pink.
Really tune in to what your heart feels grateful for.
What you are truly thankful for in your life.
It could be a person or an opportunity that's come up for you.
Or a loving act that someone did for you.
It could be anything,
Big or small.
Whatever comes to your mind,
Feel that in your heart space.
And send out that love and gratitude to the universe.
Thank you universe.
There may be some other things that you would love to thank the universe for.
I'll give you some space now so that you can bring these things into your heart space and send love and gratitude out to the universe.
Coming back into your heart space once again.
Visualizing your heart chakra.
Feel glowing so brightly with this green or pink energy.
You are overflowing with loving kindness,
Compassion,
Gratitude and forgiveness.
Allow this full moon energy to amplify these loving feelings so that you can spread love and light wherever you go and with whoever you meet.
Bringing your awareness back into your body now.
Giving your toes a little wiggle and your fingers a bit of a stretch.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale through the nose.
And when you're ready,
Opening the eyes,
Coming back into the room that you're in.
Continue to spread loving kindness and gratitude throughout your day.
