Take a deep breath in and out.
Until you're feeling completely relaxed.

You may be feeling intuitive or you may be feeling overwhelmed.
However your feeling is perfect allow yourself to feel.
Sink into these feelings.
Even if it feels a bit uncomfortable.

But allow yourself to feel and honor your emotions right now.
When we allow ourselves to feel we invite healing into our lives.
