The full moon energy may feel overwhelming, bringing emotions to the surface and making you feel more sensitive to the emotions of others around you. Let's begin by finding ourselves in a seated position with the feet firmly on the floor and getting yourself comfortable,

Closing down the eyes.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Take a deep inhalation through the nose and exhale through the nose releasing any tension.

Breathe in purity and exhale letting go.

With each exhale feel yourself letting go and relaxing.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Until you're feeling completely relaxed.

With the full moon energy you may be feeling a bit sensitive,

A bit emotional.

You may be feeling intuitive or you may be feeling overwhelmed.

However your feeling is perfect allow yourself to feel.

Sink into these feelings.

Even if it feels a bit uncomfortable.

If you're not used to being in touch with your emotions this can be a challenge.

But allow yourself to feel and honor your emotions right now.

When we allow ourselves to feel we invite healing into our lives.

As the full moon energy heightens your emotional side bringing up feelings,

Emotions and other thoughts.

This is your opportunity to move through these feelings and begin the healing process.

It is safe to feel my emotions.

I am open to emotional healing.

I honor my feelings.

I have the power to transform myself.

I allow myself to heal and move forward.

I am grateful for this opportunity to heal myself.

Let these affirmations reverberate in your mind for a few moments.

Trust that you are being divinely guided and protected.

As you move through your emotions and allow healing into your life.

You can use the full moon energy each month to work through your emotions and heal yourself every month.

Embrace this time of being open to your emotions and be kind to yourself.

Always treat yourself with loving kindness.

Take a deep breath now through the nose.

And as you exhale release whatever negativity you've been holding onto.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Exhaling whatever it is you no longer need in your life.

Feeling the release from your physical body.

When you're ready you can open your eyes.

Enjoy your day.

And remember to be kind to yourself as you work through your own inner healing.
