Hello and welcome to the Abundance Affirmation Meditation.
My name is Kyra and I will be guiding you through this meditation today.
So get yourself ready in a comfortable position,
Perhaps sitting on a chair with your feet firmly on the floor or lying down,
Whatever works best for you today,
And close down the eyes.
Take note of your natural breathing pattern.
Notice if your breathing is shallow or deep,
Fast or slow,
Without placing judgement,
Just noticing and become aware.
Now let's consciously take a few deep breaths together,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
And a big sigh out through the mouth.
Resume your normal breathing,
Letting yourself relax with each exhale,
Sinking further into the chair or the ground beneath you.
If your mind begins to wander throughout today's meditation,
Simply bring your awareness back to my voice or back to your breath.
I'm going to be guiding you through some affirmations now.
You can repeat or say these with me in your mind.
I have an abundant life.
I have an abundant life.
I have an abundant life.
I have an abundant life.
I appreciate the abundance in my life.
I appreciate the abundance in my life.
I am grateful for all I have.
I am grateful for all I have.
I am open to receiving abundance.
I am open to receiving abundance.
I have all I truly need and desire.
I have all I truly need and desire.
I am all I truly need and desire.
I am all I truly need and desire.
I am abundant.
I am abundant.
I am abundant.
I will now let you have a moment to let these affirmations reverberate in your mind.
You may choose to focus on one affirmation or create your own.
Just silently repeat it within your mind and I'll be back soon to guide you out.
Thank you!
It is now time to release your affirmations.
Let them go and let the universe co-create with you to manifest this abundance into your life.
Bring your awareness back into your physical body now.
Feeling your toes,
Your feet,
Bringing your awareness to your fingers,
Your hands.
You may like to bring some movement gently into your body,
Coming right back into the present moment and open your eyes.
Wishing you an abundant day.
Namaste.
