Welcome to the crystal meditation for relieving headaches.
For this meditation you may like to hold onto a crystal such as amethyst,
Clear quartz or eye light.
You can choose to sit in a chair on the floor,
Lie down or perhaps bring your legs up the wall.
Whatever feels most comfortable for you,
Let your intuition be your guide today.
So when you're ready and you're in a comfortable position,
Close down the eyes and bring your focus to your breath.
Let's start off by taking some deep breaths in and out through the nose.
Inhale deeply,
Feeling the lungs and the diaphragm.
And as you exhale through the nose,
Completely releasing,
Emptying all the air.
Inhale and feel your abdomen expanding with this beautiful air.
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself relaxing a bit more.
As you inhale,
Send this cool air to your head.
Feel it cleansing and healing.
And then as you exhale,
Feel it releasing the tension in your head.
Feel it releasing any negativity,
Any pain.
Take a few more breaths focusing on sending this cool healing air to your head,
Relieving the pain.
And then on the exhale,
Releasing that pain,
Releasing the tension.
Inhale,
Send that healing to where it's needed.
And as you exhale,
Feel the pain completely releasing from your body.
Begin to take deep breaths throughout the meditation,
In and out through the nose.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your head and neck relax.
Let your face relax.
Letting the whole upper body just melt into a blissful state of relaxation.
Letting go of any mental chatter.
If thoughts pop up in your mind,
Just let them drift away.
Just focus on relaxing your body and your mind.
Bringing your awareness to your third eye,
The space between your brows in the middle of your forehead.
Visualize a purple,
Deep purple spinning disc of light.
You may like to choose to bring your crystal up to your third eye.
And if you're lying down,
Perhaps resting the crystal on this space.
Or otherwise,
Just continue to hold the crystal in your hand.
Envision the crystal that you are holding,
Really deepening this third eye chakra,
Energizing it,
Clearing any blockages,
Fully opening the third eye.
Allow yourself to see what's on the other side of your third eye portal today.
Step through this third eye portal in your mind and take note of where you are.
Explore this place that your third eye has taken you to.
This new place may hold the clues to what is happening,
What is causing your headache today.
Explore this place in your mind,
Taking note of any people that are here,
Any animals,
Any objects.
What you are seeing here through your third eye may not be representative of true life,
But by observing and taking note,
You will be able to decode the symbolism of this vision after your meditation.
So for now,
Simply explore this space that your third eye has led you to today.
I'll give you a moment here to fully explore where your third eye has taken you to.
It is now time to leave this space in your third eye portal.
You can always revisit this space at a later time.
As you begin to bring your awareness back to your body,
Take some deep breaths in and out through the nose,
Sending that cool healing air to your mind,
Feeling your headache,
Releasing the tension,
Relieving the pain,
Envisioning white light surrounding your head like a soft cloud for your head to rest on.
Gently healing,
Soothing and calming.
Bringing your awareness now to the rest of your body,
Giving your toes and fingers a little stretch,
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
As you continue through your day,
Feel free to carry your crystal with you,
To carry this healing energy.

Just like you would decode a dream.
It may reveal a lesson or what's triggering your headaches.
