Sometimes it feels difficult to look at the good in our life and look at what we've achieved.
So this meditation is dedicated to get you feeling better about your abilities and yourself.
To begin by finding a relaxing position.
Begin to soften through your toes and your feet.
For your calves relax and your knees melt.
Softening up through your thighs.
Feeling your lower back relax as your belly lowers and lifts.
Feel your hands soften as your arms melt.
Shoulders resting down.
Gently relax your jaw from your face with your eyelids heavy.
And if you want you can take three lovely breaths.
Breathe in nice and deeply in through your nose.
Sighing out your mouth.
And feel free to close your eyes if that's comfortable.
I'm going to start by seeing yourself walking down a beautiful path.
Any pathway you enjoy in a forest,
Down a street.
Walk down the path and notice the floor underneath you.
Notice how it feels underneath your feet.
See yourself walking up to a building.
Any kind of building you like.
Gently walking up its path.
Walking up to the door.
And you see that it's slightly ajar.
Gently push it open.
Just entered a beautiful long corridor with lots of frames and pictures on each side.
Notice everything around you.
Notice all those frames,
Those pictures.
Notice the floor.
How beautiful each of these frames are.
You start to walk down the hall and notice that each frame holds one of your achievements.
Something you've accomplished.
Whether it's the simple fact that you're here taking time for yourself.
Or whether there's a specific goal you've reached.
Every single achievement you've made is captured in each frame and image.
Remember that this is simply all you.
You have created the wonder around you.
And this hallway is celebrating that.
And now you can see that there are doors along this hallway.
Each leading into hundreds more of your achievements.
Gently push the doors open and notice all the frames.
All the images.
Holding absolutely every person you've loved,
You've touched,
You've inspired and influenced.
Every project you've achieved.
Every small achievement,
Big achievement is all celebrated in every single room.
And you notice that there's one beautiful door right at the end.
As you approach the door,
You see that it's glowing.
Beautiful,
Glowing door.
Gently push it open.
And you see yourself sitting right where you are.
About to go through your day or into your evening.
Achieving yet another great thing.
See yourself continuing into your day with a beautiful smile on your face.
Laughing,
Learning,
Strengthening your body and mind in whatever you do.
With a beautiful big breath in,
Lift yourself up tall through your spine.
Gently lift your head.
Bring a small smile to your face.
Give yourself a mental pat on the back for being here.
