To help us feel settled and powerful each morning.
It's important we take five minutes to centre ourselves.
So before you really start your day,
Sit yourself up in bed or sit down with your cup of tea and take a beautiful big breath all the way in through your nose.
And breathe it out your mouth letting out a nice big sigh.
Stretch your arms and your legs and your entire body.
Allowing in all the new opportunities that today brings.
Gently bring your hands together in front of your heart and feel the warmth of your palms touching.
See that warmth as a beautiful glowing energy spreading through your palms,
Into your fingers,
Into your entire hands and wrists.
Bring your hands up to your head and rest them together on your crown.
Feel that warmth and that energy radiate from your hands into your head.
Feel it travel down through your neck resting onto your shoulders.
Now place your hands over your heart and see that glowing energy travelling through your hands into your heart,
Into your chest,
Into your upper back.
Keep taking beautiful deep breaths.
Lower your hands down onto your belly and allow your hands to ignite your internal organs warming through your belly and through your lower back.
Now gently lift your arms out to either side,
Shoulder height with your palms faced upwards and allow yourself to be open to whatever beauty comes your way today.
Allowing that warmth from your hands to spread up through your arms all the way down your body into your legs,
Your feet and your toes.
Silently in your mind say thank you.
Thank you for today.
And on your next in breath imagine a golden light flowing through your body radiating from that warmth from your hands.
Igniting you with positive energy.
Again say thank you for this beautiful day.
Give yourself permission to feel amazing.
To feel worthy of mastering another powerful day.
Take a breath in and repeat.
I am healthy.
I am strong.
I am safe.
Allow your body to fill up with energy with every in breath you take.
Allow yourself to feel good,
To feel joy and to feel excitement for the happiness you'll feel today.
Only repeat.
I am excited by what today will bring.
Today is going to be wonderful.
I allow myself to love everything about today.
Take another big inhale and stretch your body.
Yawn if you want to and start to notice the sounds around you.
Feel into your body and create an intention for the day.
Ask yourself how would I like to feel today?
Whatever word comes up allow yourself to notice it all around you today.
