Join me for this guided meditation as we breathe and remember. Let's open our senses to the layers of sounds around us while we remember "whatever comes up for me in this moment, I can be witness to." Breathe in acceptance, and exhale whatever no longer serves you. With each breath, let go of a little bit more. Breathe in and remember that you are not alone. Breathe out and release all fears and doubts. Remember that you are loved. Remember that you are worthy. Remember that you are enough.

As I settle into my body,

I breathe.

I breathe,

And I begin to feel me.

I begin to feel this moment.

I begin to feel this experience.

I connect with my breath,

The life force that is within me.

I begin to connect and observe with my body and the physical sensations within me.

I listen.

I breathe.

I open my senses and listen to the layers of sound around me.

Whatever comes up for me in this moment,

I can be witness to.

And I can also accept,

Acknowledge,

And release.

I am learning to allow life to flow.

I am learning to surrender in the most beautiful way,

With love and compassion,

To what is.

I am remembering that everything is temporary,

And that is okay.

As we sit here together,

I remember that I am not alone.

I remember that I am loved,

And I remember that I am a unique expression of the divine.

And I am also a part of the collective.

I breathe,

And I feel into my body.

I feel the connection to the earth that supports me.

I remember that we are all connected.

I remember that I am the creator of my life.

I can choose.

And I can choose again,

And again,

And again.

I can choose differently.

I can have an experience and choose something different.

Life supports me.

I feel into my body,

I connect to my surroundings.

I breathe,

And I remember.

I breathe,

And I allow.

I breathe,

And I walk forward in gratitude,

And honoring my personal experience.
