My name is Heather and I'll be taking you through an EFT tapping for changing your identity.
In this video we'll really be clearing up the negative chatter,
The negative beliefs that we have about ourselves that are sort of hindering us because our identity is what we want to create.
For ourselves if you want to be like i'm a confident person i'm someone who takes action that is part of the identity you create for yourself and the thing about identity is that you can change it you're able to but we've got to clear away the stuff that ain't working to then refocus on who we can become.
And by becoming that person,
Just think about all the amazing things that you can do.
So let's start tapping at the side of the hand and let's go.
I have a lot of opinions about myself.
And a lot of them aren't very nice.
Maybe I've had this story about myself for a long time.
And maybe someone else created it for me.
It was probably society or a family member.
Maybe they said something to me when I was younger.
And I took that out of the truth.
And I've been carrying that around with me for a long time.
And it gets in the way of my dreams.
It stops me from trying.
So whatever that belief.
About my identity is.
I know I have the power to change it.
I have the power to rewrite my own story.
And to change my identity.
Even though I have this old story running in the background about who I am.
Today I am choosing to deeply and completely.

I'm ready to move on.

Exhale.
And let's begin with the tapping.
Disbelief.
About who I am It's time to let it go.
Because I get to choose who I am.
If someone once told me that I'm not smart,
And then I carried that with me up until now.
I'm ready to let that go.
Maybe I received a message growing good.
That I wasn't good enough.
Beautiful enough.
Talented enough.
Or insert whatever,
Enough.
But that was that person's.
And it's absolutely not the truth.
And maybe I've also created beliefs about myself.
To protect myself.
Maybe I tell myself,
Oh,
I have social anxiety.
I'm really shy.
But I know that when I put my mind to it,
And I'm around the right people.
I could talk all day long.
So maybe I'm not shy.
But I use that as an excuse to not take action.
And I'm bored of telling myself these things.
Clearing that belief away now.
Instead,
I'm telling myself that I am a Noah.
I am confident.
I am brave.
I am an action taker.
I'm a dreamer.
I am intelligent.
I am talented enough.
I am worthy.
I am.
Say whatever you want to say out loud now.
I am.

So I get to say that to myself now.
I get to choose to believe that now.
And make that a part of my identity.
So I am changing my identity today.
