Welcome to this guided affirmation meditation for starting something new.
Whether that is a new business,
Project,
Relationship or healing,
These affirmations will inspire you with new thoughts that will support you on your new adventure.
When we make the decision to begin a new path,
It can bring up a lot of limiting beliefs that may show up as,
I'm not ready yet,
Or I'm not sure I can do it,
Or it's going to be too difficult.
It's natural for us to be uncomfortable with change,
But without change,
There can be no growth.
Instead of listening to your fear,
Lean into it.
Thank it for trying to keep you safe and listen to a different voice,
Your higher self,
The part of you that knows you can do it.
Before we begin with the affirmations,
Please make sure you are comfortable.
You can stay seated or lie down.
Release any tension in your physical body.
Take one deep breath in and out and connect to your solar plexus.
This is located where your belly is.
You can imagine a golden yellow light glowing bright here.
You will need the strength of your solar plexus to keep this fire alive inside of you.
Don't let it burn out.
Let's introduce the affirmations.
I will say the affirmation out loud.
I'll give you space to repeat it in your mind or out loud.
Let's begin.
I believe in myself.
I feel the fear and do it anyway.
I look for solutions,
Not problems.
I can handle anything.
When I follow my dream,
I give other people permission to do the same.
I have everything I need to succeed.
I rise up to the challenges and overcome them.
The universe supports me completely.
I have the power to make my dreams a reality.
I can do it.
I am excited to begin.
I am ready to grow and expand.
I take action on my dreams.
I am good enough.
I persevere even when it gets tough.
I am consistent and capable.
I am ready for my next adventure.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale.
Release along with these affirmations.
Take this precious moment to notice how you feel now as opposed to how you felt before we began the meditation.
Tune into your solar plexus again.
Place your hands over your navel around where your belly button is.
Connect to this part of you whenever fear comes up or self-doubt.
You can do this.
