In this Full Moon EFT Tapping, you will use Emotional Freedom Technique to honour the Full Moon's themes of: letting go, releasing, forgiveness, celebration and gratitude. You will use the power of tapping to let go of anything that is no longer serving you and I will provide a journaling exercise too.

Happy Full Moon!

Welcome to this Full Moon EFT Tapping Audio.

You can use this tapping sequence for any full moon as it will help you to get into the mindset of gratitude,

Letting go,

Releasing and manifesting.

Full moons occur around 2 weeks after the new moon,

Which is the time for setting intentions and taking action towards our dreams.

Full moons are when we harvest the fruits of our labour.

We have spent the last few weeks watering and nurturing our seeds and now they are sprouting.

Since the moon is full and the moon represents our emotions and inner landscape,

Whatever we have been hiding comes to the surface during a full moon.

All of your frustration,

Anger,

Sadness,

Pain so that we can release it all.

Letting go,

Forgiveness and celebration are some of the themes of a full moon which will be incorporated in this EFT Tapping.

Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping is a great healing modality that allows us to release what is no longer serving us and to rewire in new beliefs and thoughts that support us.

If you have never tapped before,

I highly recommend that you listen to my How to do EFT Tapping Audio here on Insight Timer which will break down all the tapping points as during this audio I will not be giving any additional guidance.

Also,

If you do have a journal close by,

It can be great to journal after a tapping session to see what came up for you.

I highly recommend writing either a gratitude list of all the things you are grateful for or a list of all the things you are letting go of under this full moon.

Or you can do both.

Don't worry if you forget these prompts,

I will remind you after our tapping session.

Before we begin,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out of your mouth.

You can begin tapping on the Karate Chop point,

Repeating what I say out loud,

Taking what resonates and leaving the rest.

Let's begin.

I choose to feel calm and centered during the full moon.

And no matter what has happened since the new moon,

I am proud of the efforts that I've put in.

I am proud of taking action on my dreams.

And I am open to receiving all the blessings this full moon has to offer.

It is safe to let go.

It is safe to receive.

And I honor my experience of this full moon and take good care of myself.

And I deeply and completely love,

Honor and forgive myself.

Take a deep breath in once more and exhale.

Let's move on to the eight tapping points,

Starting at the eyebrow point and once again,

Repeating after me and moving through the tapping points with each sentence.

Let's begin.

I let go of my fears,

Worries and doubts.

I let go of what no longer serves me.

I let go of what is holding me back from my true authentic self.

I let go of any subconscious beliefs that keep me stuck.

I let go of needing to know how or when my manifestations will occur.

I let go of need and want.

And I choose to feel good now.

As I let go,

I feel free,

Open and alive.

Under this full moon,

I am grateful.

I am grateful for the lessons and the blessings.

I am grateful towards myself for committing to my intentions.

I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and improve myself.

I am grateful to be alive.

I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I've had.

I'm grateful for the support I have all around me.

I am grateful for my journey.

Under this full moon,

I give myself permission to celebrate.

I celebrate how far I've come.

I celebrate each small step I've taken towards my dreams.

I celebrate stepping out of my comfort zone.

I celebrate my life as a whole and how magnificent it is.

I am choosing to feel optimistic and blessed.

I am choosing to focus on what worked out for me.

I am worthy of celebrating.

Under this full moon,

I am ready and open to receive.

I am ready to receive the fruits of my labor.

I am open to miracles and magic.

I can handle,

Hold on to and honor my big dreams.

I welcome in guidance,

Love and support.

I receive all that is good for me.

I receive gifts from the universe.

And I thank the universe in advance for what is to come.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

Check in with how you are feeling.

What did you release?

What was your experience of this tapping?

Maybe you felt tingling sensations or yawned all the way through this.

Or perhaps you are feeling more peaceful and grounded.

If you do have your journal,

Something I love to do on a full moon is to write a gratitude list of all the things I'm grateful for.

You could try aiming for 10 things or more that make you feel so lucky and blessed.

And also another thing I love to do on a full moon is to make a let it go list.

I write down all that I'm releasing,

Limiting beliefs,

Situations,

Thoughts,

The past.

And if it feels good to you,

You can burn that list,

But be safe.

You could also rip it up and throw it in the bin if fire is not your thing.
