Begin by coming into the body,
Taking deep breaths as you start to stretch and allow yourself to open up,
Rolling your shoulders and moving in any way that you need.
Being present with the body and breath and opening your heart and soul up to a new experience,
Letting go of expectations and letting go of any thoughts you're holding on to.
Allow the thoughts to drift away like clouds in the sky.
You have the option to close your eyes for the dance meditation,
Moving around freely without judgment or self-consciousness.
Your body will take you where you need to go.
Let's begin.
This first track will take you into the portal.
You can imagine you are in ancient Egypt,
The desert or somewhere magical where possibilities are endless.
Start to move your body as the music picks up,
Shaking it out and allowing yourself to have fun and feel free.
Shaking out judgment,
Shaking out self-consciousness,
Dancing it all out,
Giving yourself permission to just have fun.
As the music slows down,
You are entering the golden portal and in the distance you see your higher self,
The version of you that is aligned,
Glowing and radiant walking towards you.
What do they look like?
What does being in their energy feel like?
They are in front of you,
Smiling,
So proud of this version.
They get closer to you and you are eye to eye.
And suddenly you step into them,
So you are them and they are you.
You are one.
Take a deep breath in and feel this new sense of alignment,
Power,
Groundedness,
Presence and goddess energy vibrating through you.
Exhale this golden light illuminating every cell of your gorgeous body.
Take another deep breath in with this new sense of self,
The rebirth.
As the next track begins,
You move as your higher self now.
How do they dance?
How do they show up?
How good does it feel to feel this good and free?
Out loud or in your mind repeat these affirmations,
Your new beliefs.
I am abundant.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am a goddess.
I am allowed to feel this good.
It is safe for me to feel this good.
I love my body.
I am a star.
Let these words permeate into your cells,
Into your subconscious,
Clearing away stuck beliefs with every breath as you move your body in ways that feel good,
In ways that feel expansive.
Take up space because you are worthy.
Allow the energy to build as you shake off anything that no longer serves you.
And this final dance track is your reminder that you are powerful.
You are beautiful inside and out and that your rebirth has begun.
Dance along knowing this truth.

You are worthy of being loved and you know this now.
This is your homecoming.
Back to your soul,
Back to your power.
Dance as your higher self knowing that everything is always working out for you.
The universe has got your back.

You attract miracles,
Aligned opportunities,
Beautiful relationships and you are a magnet for blessings.

You choose to believe that you are powerful.
