Hello,
This is Heather and I'm so happy and grateful that you're joining me today for this Throat Chakra Healing Meditation.
Our chakras are major energy centers of the body.
They're sort of like energetic junctions that metabolize all of our experiences.
When they're open and functioning optimally,
We can allow ourselves to fully feel the whole spectrum of human emotions and always come back to a grounded,
Peaceful and content state.
But when we've had some challenging experiences,
Some of the chakras can get a little blocked or distorted.
And that can create energetic blockages that result in emotional difficulties and eventually maybe even some physical issues in the body.
The good news is that when we begin to pay attention to our needs and to take good care of ourselves,
Just as you're doing right now,
We can always heal these energy centers.
The Throat Chakra is located in the center of the neck and is all about our communication and self-expression.
It relates to our ability to speak our truth authentically without fear of rejection and to communicate our needs and emotions with clarity and kindness.
At the same time,
Being able to welcome and hold space for the needs and emotions of others.
Communication is a two-way street,
Expressing ourselves and listening to the other.
And both are in harmony when the Throat Chakra is open and balanced.
When the Throat Chakra is blocked or distorted,
It can become difficult to communicate openly.
We can experience fear of rejection for speaking our truth.
Physical symptoms in the body resulting from a blocked or distorted Throat Chakra include issues in the areas of the mouth and jaw,
Throat,
Neck or thyroid gland.
This meditation will help you to free any blocked or stagnant energy related to the Throat Chakra.
At the end,
I'll offer some powerful healing affirmations.
You can repeat the affirmations out loud if you like or silently in your mind.
Or you can also just let my words wash over you as your subconscious mind absorbs their healing energy.
For you to get the most out of this meditation,
It's really important that you allow yourself to fully feel anything that may come to the surface as you listen to the words and connect with yourself.
There is never any right or wrong way to feel during meditation.
However you feel,
Know that it's absolutely normal and healthy.
Your emotional experience,
Whatever it is,
Is always valid.
When we allow ourselves to truly feel,
We free that energy,
Enabling us to return to our natural,
Connected state of inner peace.
So let's get started.
So just find yourself in a nice,
Comfortable position.
Nestle in.
Get as comfortable as you possibly can.
Ready for deep rest and relaxation.
Take a nice,
Deep breath in.
And release it slowly.
A nice,
Long exhale as we release anything we don't want to bring into the meditation with us.
Take another deep breath in.
And release that breath,
Letting go of anything we don't need right now.
You are free to call all of your energy back to you as you come into this moment of stillness,
Presence,
And just allow your breath to be soft and comfortable.
Relax your shoulders,
Your back,
Relax your neck and jaw,
Your forehead,
And all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes.
Allow your eyes to gently flutter closed if you haven't already done so.
There is nothing else that you need to do.
Nowhere else you need to be.
So just allow yourself to relax fully.
As you rest your attention gently on the sound of my voice.
Let's ground and center by simply setting the intention of planting our strong roots down into Mother Earth.
The Earth that holds us here,
Safely anchored in her loving,
Supportive energy.
Bring your attention to the base of your spine and imagine drawing up the energy to your red root chakra.
Up again to your orange sacral chakra.
Up to your yellow solar plexus chakra.
Up again through your green heart chakra.
All these chakras open and balance and draw the energy right up to your throat.
Rest your attention gently on this area.
This is the location of the throat chakra.
I invite you to imagine a wheel or vortex of beautiful sky blue light spinning in your throat chakra in a clockwise direction.
This blue spinning wheel grows stronger and brighter.
Drawing up more and more life force energy.
Getting healthier and healthier.
It's truly glowing now as it spins and releases any blockages,
Any old fears or doubts related to your ability to communicate and express yourself freely.
In a moment I will repeat some powerful healing affirmations to help heal and align your throat chakra even more.
But first I will leave you with the music for a couple of minutes as you take this time to allow any insight,
Emotions,
Ideas,
Anything at all to come up to the surface into your conscious awareness.
If difficult emotions should arise remember that you're safe to feel and all emotions pass.
Difficult emotions only arise to be released so that we may feel more free afterwards.
So just let everything flow without any resistance.
Just notice and allow.
I'm going to begin repeating the affirmations now.
Feel free to repeat them out loud,
Silently in your head or just continue to relax and listen to the music and know that the healing vibration of these words will still have a powerful positive impact on your subconscious mind.
I speak my truth from the heart.
I have a powerful voice and the courage and confidence to use it.
It is safe for me to speak my truth.
It is safe for me to express myself and how I truly feel.
I listen to others with an open heart and mind.
I feel safe to express all my emotions.
It's safe for me to say no when something is not aligned with my spirit.
I love saying yes to all the good things that are for me.
I want to be seen.
I want to be heard.
It feels good to express myself authentically.
My voice is powerful.
I am free to express my needs and desires.
I express my creativity and use my voice to birth new ideas.
I allow myself to ask for help.
I know I was never meant to do this alone.
I trust that my people will always love and support me when I am true to myself.
