Hello my name is Heather and I'm so happy and grateful that you're joining me today for this Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Meditation.
Our chakras are major energy centers of the body they're sort of like energetic junctions that metabolize all of our experiences when they are open and functioning optimally we can allow ourselves to fully feel the whole spectrum of human emotions and always come back to a grounded peaceful and content state but when we've had challenging experiences sometimes some of the chakras can get a little blocked or distorted and that can create energetic blockages that result in emotional difficulties and eventually maybe even some physical issues in the body.
The good news is that when we begin to pay attention to our needs and to take good care of ourselves as you're doing right now we can always heal these energy centers.
The solar plexus chakra is located a couple of inches above the belly button just below the solar plexus and it relates to our sense of self self-worth,
Self-belief,
Self-esteem,
Self-confidence.
It also relates to our personality and authenticity and to our sense of purpose in the world.
If it is blocked we can experience low self-worth,
Have difficulty trusting ourselves and therefore find it hard to make decisions this in turn often leads to a lack of confidence and even depression.
Physical symptoms in the body resulting from a blocked or distorted solar plexus chakra include issues with the digestive system adrenal glands,
Pancreas,
Kidneys and weight issues.
This meditation will help you to free any blocked or stagnant energy related to the solar plexus chakra.
At the end i'll offer some powerful healing affirmations.
You can repeat the affirmations out loud if you like or silently in your mind or you can also just let my words wash over you as your subconscious mind absorbs their healing energy.
For you to get the most out of this meditation it's really important that you allow yourself to fully feel anything that may come to the surface as you listen to the words and connect with yourself.
There is never any right or wrong way to feel during meditation however you feel know that it's absolutely normal and healthy.
Your emotional experience whatever it is is always valid.
When we allow ourselves to truly feel we free that energy enabling us to return to our natural connected state of inner peace.
So let's get started So just find yourself in a comfortable position seated or lying down take a nice deep grounding breath in and release the breath slowly as you do so allowing your eyes to just drift closed float closed let's do that again together a nice deep breath in and a long slow out breath letting go of anything that is not serving you in this moment allow your shoulders and arms to be loose heavy relaxed allow your jaw and forehead to relax relax all the tiny muscles around your eyes and anywhere at all that you may have been holding tension perhaps without even realizing it just let all that go now as you take this time just for you I invite you to imagine in any way you like that you are planting those energetic roots deep into the earth feel that you are more and more grounded with each breath stable supported you are held by the gentle pull of gravity and with your next in-breath draw up the universal life force energy from the earth up to your root chakra through the sacral chakra and up to your solar plexus chakra a couple of inches above the navel rest your attention here for a moment and I invite you to imagine a wheel or vortex of vibrant golden yellow light spinning here in a clockwise direction remember however you see feel sense or imagine this is the right way for you the yellow spinning wheel grows brighter and stronger as it draws up the universal life force energy from the earth just notice how you feel and allow your experience to be whatever it is as always resist nothing let everything flow all your emotions are sacred and allowed you are safe to feel I'm going to leave you with the music for a couple of minutes as you allow anything to arise that wants to today after I will repeat some powerful healing affirmations to help heal and align your solar plexus chakra I'm going to begin repeating the affirmations now feel free to repeat them out loud or silently in your mind if you like or you can just relax completely and allow my words to wash over you as your subconscious mind is open and absorbs them easily and naturally I let go of the past and choose kind loving thoughts that support me I am bigger than my difficult emotions I allow all my emotions to flow I take the time to take care of myself because my needs matter I am authentic and true to who I really am I choose to love and accept myself exactly as I am I am always enough I am unique and amazing I know that I am a gift and I am gifted I know that I have a purpose here and I am open to being of service I know my worth I believe in myself I trust myself I make wise decisions I stand strong in my power Thank you so much for practicing with me today I invite you to stay in this space of connected awareness for as long as you like enjoy knowing that just by bringing awareness to your solar plexus chakra you've practiced an act of self-kindness and self-care and that is so important we all deserve our own loving kindness and care if you enjoyed this meditation and you'd like to explore the chakras further and do some deeper energetic healing work you can find my course here on insight timer a healing journey through the chakras wishing you a beautiful day or night and we'll connect again very soon namaste
