So just taking a few minutes just for you.
There is nothing else that you need to do right now.
Nowhere else that you need to be.
So just find yourself in a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down.
And just allow yourself to relax.
Bring your attention to your shoulders.
Make sure they are completely relaxed.
Let your eyes just float closed if they're not already.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
And breathe out.
You are safe in this moment.
I'll do that again.
Take another long deep breath in.
And breathe out.
And one last time.
Let's just take another deep breath in together.
And a long slow breath out.
Just bring your attention to the muscles in your face.
Make sure everything is nice and relaxed.
Your forehead.
All the tiny muscles around your eyes are completely relaxed.
Your jaw.
Your neck.
These are places where we often hold tension without even really realizing it.
Just let yourself relax completely for these few minutes.
If you notice that you're being distracted by thoughts,
Just know that that's completely normal.
We're not trying to stop our thoughts.
We can just let the thoughts be there.
Just try to be the one who observes the thoughts.
You are not the thoughts,
You are the pure consciousness.
The awareness that observes the thoughts.
Every time you notice a thought,
You can just bring your attention back to your breath.
Or if you prefer,
Back to another anchor in your body.
Maybe you prefer to focus your attention on your hands or your feet.
Notice the contact of your feet with the ground.
Perhaps the way your hands might be touching each other.
The sensation of gravity holding you right here,
Right now.
Thank you so much for taking this time just for you,
With me.
I'm so grateful to be your guide for today.
I hope to connect again soon.
Namaste.
