A short practice to start your day in the best possible way, taking a moment to connect to your authentic soul-aligned self. This meditation contains spiritual affirmations for alignment. If practiced daily for at least 21 days, the affirmations will create new neural pathways in the brain and you will begin to feel more peace and joy in your day-to-day life. Best practiced in the first moments of your day as you’re just waking up and are naturally still in a theta brain state. As you're waking up just taking a couple of nice deep conscious breaths it is a bright new day you are here and all is well with your eyes still gently closed just bring your awareness softly to your heart space check in with your beautiful big heart as you listen to these affirmations just allow your breath to be soft and slow you are safe you are grounded in mother earth you belong right here you are exactly where you're meant to be you are powerfully creative you are free to co-create a life you love you are surrounded now and always by loving supportive energies guiding you towards a life of peace and joy you are deeply loved and supported you allow your heart to guide you today in kindness and love you have a powerful voice and the courage and confidence to speak your truth with passion and purpose for the highest good of all beings you are a beautiful bright spark of the universe connected to the energy of all that is taking these final moments of the meditation to set the intention to stay aligned with your true authentic self the person you came here to be my name is Heather Dean thank you for practicing with me today come back to this meditation or something similar every day for at least 10 days to start experiencing the powerful benefits of even a short daily practice remember we don't meditate for how we feel when we're meditating but for how it helps us to show up in the world the rest of the time when we're not meditating keep aligning with your limitless highest potential Namaste
