Starts with coming into presence by connecting to the body and soothing the nervous system with some deep breathing, followed by a visualization and 11 uplifting affirmations. Great to listen to as a daily practice on the way to school or before bedtime. If used daily the affirmations will wire-in new neural pathways for more peace and happiness. Teachers may enjoy using in class for a few minutes of quiet time to invite calm and relaxation in between activities. Ideal for ages 2 to 7.
