
Deep Sleep For Success – Overcome Procrastination
This meditation is designed to guide you down into a deep restorative sleep, at the same time helping you to stop procrastinating and take aligned action, so that you can manifest the success that is your birthright. Starts with some deep relaxation techniques and a visualization, followed by a series of powerful affirmations to overcome procrastination and perfectionism and start truly believing that you are more than good enough to take the action that will move you closer to your hopes, goals, dreams, and desires. For best results, listen every day for at least 21 days so that the affirmations create new neural pathways in the brain. The music contains binaural beats with a 3Hz difference for delta waves, which is the brainwave of deep sleep. The music continues for a little longer after the affirmations have ended to ensure you drift off to a deep peaceful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start a bright new day. Good evening,
My name is Heather and I'm so happy to be with you tonight for this sleep meditation to overcome procrastination and start moving towards the success you so deserve Success can mean many different things to different people and our definition of what success is may also depend on where we're at in our life journey.
To one person,
Success may mean a flourishing career and huge amounts of money.
To another,
It may mean being part of a loving family or having meaningful connections with friends.
Success could be simply health and happiness.
My personal definition of success and what this meditation is designed to guide you towards is a deep feeling of peace,
Satisfaction and contentment with your life,
Of feeling confident that you have enough,
You do enough and that you are enough and as being in a state of trust that everything that is for you is already on its way that to me is what success feels like And whilst striving for perfection leads to procrastination and often feelings of dissatisfaction and unhappiness,
Moving towards success with gentle aligned baby steps leads to feelings of fulfillment,
Inner peace and more joy And what those aligned baby steps look like will vary depending on where you want to go For one person it may be applying for a dream job and for another it could be having a difficult conversation with a loved one.
So this meditation is deliberately open to interpretation The focus is on helping you to feel inspired and motivated to take the next steps to success whatever those steps may be for you But I don't want you to use this time to think about what your next steps might be I don't want you to try to do or to think about anything at all during this time This is your time to just be and relax The words will do the work for you without you having to try to do anything at all And it is possible that you could get a flash of inspiration during the meditation but if you do that will not come from your conscious thinking mind And it's also very possible that you don't notice anything at all during the meditation But rest assured that you will see the benefits in the coming days if you keep listening to this every night There are many reasons for procrastination and striving for perfection because we wrongly believe that anything less than perfect is not good enough is just one of them This meditation contains affirmations designed specifically to help you overcome procrastination whatever the reason or reasons behind it and to help you to take gentle aligned action that will move you closer and closer to your hopes,
Goals,
Dreams and desires In a moment I'll invite you to follow my guidance in a couple of quick exercises to help bring you into a more relaxed inwardly focused state of awareness And then there will be a visualization to come into an even deeper state of relaxation in which your subconscious mind is open to new powerful suggestions that are aligned with your highest good That's when I'll offer the affirmations From this deep state of peaceful relaxation you will find that you naturally and easily drift off into a deep healing sleep and that's perfect You don't need to worry about missing any of the affirmations because your incredible subconscious mind is always listening and absorbing information even when you're asleep you won't miss a thing To get the best possible results from this meditation I invite you to listen every night for at least 21 days This is the time that neuroscience tells us it takes to wire in new neural pathways in the brain to create long lasting change in our minds and therefore in our physical realities too So just make yourself as comfortable as you possibly can ready for deep relaxation and sleep Sleep ensure that you're warm enough and you're nice and comfy with any pillows or blankets that you might need just settle in There is nothing else that you need to do nowhere else you need to be right now So you are free to relax and just be And if at any time you do want to change your position to make yourself even more comfortable please do so This is your time you are completely free and always in control We're going to start now by taking three deep conscious breaths together to connect to our bodies and come into presence right here right now in this moment If you're familiar with my other transformational sleep meditations you'll know that while we take these three deep breaths I like to invite you to roll your eyes right up almost as if you were looking up into your own eyebrows or towards your third eye And the reason is that this simple action of rolling our eyes right up has been scientifically proven to create little bursts of alpha brainwaves which in turn lead us to feeling calmer,
More relaxed and more connected with ourselves It's a little bit of magic that helps us come into a deeper state of meditation very quickly You may not find it that comfortable to keep the eyes rolled right up like this but we're only going to do this for three breaths three breaths then we'll relax the eyes completely and close them and your eyeballs can go anywhere they like If you should happen to find this too uncomfortable please don't do it You can absolutely follow the rest of the meditation without this action if you prefer You can still do the three deep breaths with us So if you want to go ahead now and just roll your eyeballs right up as if you were looking up at your own eyebrows Keep your chin down and relaxed we're just moving the eyes With your eyes right up take a long slow deep breath in in and breathe out We're going to do that again keeping your eyes rolled up let's take a second deep breath in and breathe out slowly and one last time with your eyes right up and every time you blink you are drifting deeper into relaxation take a deep breath in and breathe out so that is perfect and now just let your eyes drift closed float closed let your eyes relax completely and all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes let go let loose and you're already feeling more and more relaxed That's wonderful you're doing so well Now let your breathing return to a natural relaxed rhythm and just drop your chin very slightly almost as if you were looking over a balcony or down a flight of stairs I want you to imagine there are 10 steps in front of you and these steps lead down to a beautiful place where you feel completely relaxed very peaceful and safe This could be a real place that you've visited or somewhere completely imagined It might be a tropical beach a beautiful garden or even a cozy room with a log fire This can be absolutely anywhere that you would love to be I'm going to guide you down the steps and you'll go deeper and deeper into a very pleasant and deep state of relaxation You are completely safe and always in control You are free to bring yourself easily back to full consciousness at any time if you should want or need to You are moving on to step 10 as you begin to feel more and more relaxed You see your feet hear your feet and even feel your feet moving on to step 9 as you focus your attention on the sound of my voice You're moving on to step 8 going deeper into relaxation with every heartbeat You're taking step 7 feeling more and more connected to yourself You're taking step 6 going deeper into this calm peaceful state of awareness and it feels wonderful You're taking step 5 you are already halfway down and when you reach the bottom you'll be at least twice as relaxed as you are already You're taking step 4 as every muscle every nerve lets loose and you go deeper You're taking step 3 and maybe your arms and legs are feeling a little heavier You're taking step 2 going deeper and deeper still into relaxation You're taking step 1 just go deeper sink deeper drift deeper and deeper into this connection with yourself with your own inner peace and that's perfect You're doing so well Now just bring your attention to your hands Can you feel your hands?
Don't think about your hands just see if you can feel them Maybe you notice a slight tingling or any other sort of sensation an aliveness perhaps Bring your attention to the space around your hands the energy surrounding your hands and there is no right or wrong way to experience this but some people do notice a tingling or heaviness in the hands or just a numbness Notice whatever you feel without any judgment just observe with gentle curiosity Now bring your attention to your feet the space around your feet Notice your left foot the heel of your left foot the toes of your left foot the space around your toes Notice the right foot the heel of your right foot the toes of your right foot the space around your toes Allow your hands and feet to feel heavier now as you notice the gentle pull of gravity holding you safely anchoring you to the earth Maybe you can even imagine roots running from the soles of your feet deep into the earth solid stable supportive grounding You are connected to the earth and to all of life You can tap into this universal life energy that supports you Now bring your attention to the top of your head the space just above the top of your head This is the location of your crown chakra your connection to source and you can imagine a white light coming down from above coming down from above a bright loving supportive energy that enters through your crown chakra and flows through every nerve fiber and cell of your body bringing you more and more peace,
Love and a deep feeling of relaxation You are loved You are supported You are safe You are safe I'm going to begin repeating the affirmations now You don't need to concentrate on my words You can just let the words wash over you as you drift off to a deep restorative and peaceful sleep whenever you are called to do so You are easily letting go of any beliefs,
Programs,
Old stories that no longer serve your highest good You are releasing,
Shedding,
Letting go of any false ideas about perfection Perfection does not exist and striving for it can only hold you back You are letting go of that now You are releasing,
Letting go of the expectations of others Only you have the authority and capacity to guide your life to success You easily identify your next steps to success You are good enough to make a start Taking baby steps is enough to make a huge difference over time You have all the time you need You will be amazed how far you can go with small steps that are aligned with who you truly want to be With the authentic you You are stepping into that authentic version of you right now You are more than capable of taking this next step You are feeling more and more driven and motivated to take little steps in the direction of your dreams The possibilities for your life are infinite You are coded with infinite potential With every day that passes you are one step closer to your dreams You believe in yourself You are more than good enough You are in control of your life You are free to choose what actions you take and so you are free to create your life Your actions are aligned with the universe You are always free to change You are free to transform your physical reality and manifest anything you desire You choose to take aligned action on the things that truly matter to you You are good enough You deserve success You are worthy of success and of all the things you desire to experience in this life You deserve to feel peaceful,
Content and fulfilled Everything that is for you is already on its way You trust in life You trust in yourself You feel more and more inspired to take small steps in the direction of your dreams You are listening to your heart and taking steps that lead to the fulfilling life you know you deserve You take time in your day to do the things that bring you more joy and more peace You stay focused on your dreams,
Goals and desires You make you a priority You are living with more and more passion and purpose Remembering your mission,
Remembering who you really are and what you came here to do You easily and joyfully take aligned action Baby steps are enough to gently move in the direction of your dreams Your vision of who and where you want to be in a year's time is getting clearer and clearer Coming more and more into crystal clear focus You see clearly the most authentic,
Successful,
Peaceful and satisfied version of you This person already exists in another quantum reality You are aligning more and more with that person now You easily take the necessary steps to move in the direction of becoming this future version of you You evolve with ease and grace You love taking aligned action that moves you towards the success,
Peace and happiness that you so deserve You are worthy of success,
Peace and happiness You know you are good enough to take these next steps There is no way for you to fail You can only learn,
Grow and expand You can only win You have all the time,

Thank you! Your voice is so gentle and calm. Your guidance is clear and easy to follow although English is not my primary language. I fall asleep with this meditation and don’t know what’s about in the 50 minutes after I sleep. But maybe it has impact while I am sleeping too. So it’s told.
