These affirmations will help you release any resistance around weight loss due to past programming, experiences, and deep-rooted subconscious beliefs. If used daily they will gently change your thought processes and beliefs around your body and eating habits so that you can easily reach your weight goals, all whilst learning to love and accept yourself exactly as you are right now.
