These affirmations will help you release any resistance around weight loss due to past programming, experiences, and deep-rooted subconscious beliefs. If used daily they will gently change your thought processes and beliefs around your body and eating habits so that you can easily reach your weight goals, all whilst learning to love and accept yourself exactly as you are right now. Listen either during meditation, with your attention focused gently inward, or when you’re going about your day. For best results, listen every day for at least 21 days so that the affirmations create new neural pathways in the brain. The affirmations start at 4:55 and last for 8 minutes. Hello,

My name's Heather and I'm so happy that you're choosing to join me today in this guided meditation with affirmations for healthy weight loss and self-acceptance.

And this can sound a little counterintuitive,

Like how can one track simultaneously help me to accept myself exactly as I am and transform physically.

And yet,

In truth,

Self-acceptance is so important at every stage and moment in our lives,

Even and maybe even especially when there's an aspect of our lives that we do want to change.

Because you do have the authority and the power to make any changes in your life you want to,

To help move you towards the future version of you that you dream of being.

It's a beautiful and wonderful thing to want to be the best,

And by that I mean the happiest version of ourselves.

But it's so important when doing this work to remember that the now you is enough.

You can change,

You get to change,

But you don't have to.

You are perfect exactly as you are and already absolutely deserving of love and acceptance.

Simply your own love and acceptance.

This track is designed for you to be able to listen to either during meditation with your attention focused gently inward,

Or at any time as you go about your day,

Driving,

Walking,

Doing housework,

Whatever.

The subconscious mind is always listening and absorbing information,

Even when you're asleep,

So you don't even need to pay attention to my words,

Unless you want to.

They will still have a powerful positive effect.

Repetition is one of the most effective ways to create lasting change in our minds.

So for best results,

It's great to listen to these affirmations every day for at least 21 days.

Neuroscience tells us that this is the time it takes to lay down new neural pathways in the brain.

So let's get started.

We're going to take three deep breaths together to come into our bodies and into this present moment.

Feel free to close your eyes only if it's safe to do so.

We're going to breathe in through the nose to the count of four and take a slightly longer out breath through the nose again to the count of six.

So a nice deep breath in two,

Three,

Four,

And a long,

Slow breath out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And again,

Breathe in two,

Three,

Four,

And breathe out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

And one last time together,

A nice deep breath in two,

Three,

Four,

And breathe out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

That's perfect.

Now just let your breath return to a natural,

Comfortable rhythm and relax as you allow these affirmations to wash over you.

You choose to fully accept and love all of your body exactly as it is right now.

You know that you deserve your own unconditional love and kindness.

You are choosing to support your body with kind,

Loving thoughts every day.

Your body is responding perfectly.

You are slimming with more and more ease with every day that passes.

Any cells that are not supporting you are easily,

Effortlessly releasing,

Letting go,

Dropping away.

You love eating healthy foods that are good for your body.

You love drinking lots of fresh,

Healthy,

Clear water to support your slimming journey.

You are feeling enthusiastic about exercising.

It feels amazing to move your body.

You are feeling more and more energized,

Vital,

Healthy,

And strong in your body.

You are shedding weight with more and more ease.

Any excess weight is dropping away effortlessly.

You are letting go of the past,

Letting go of any cycles,

Connections,

Programs and limiting beliefs and as you do so you easily and naturally let go of any and all excess weight.

Your body is slimming with more and more ease until you reach your ideal healthy weight.

You love making healthy choices for your body.

You listen to your body and take care of it the best way you can every day.

Your amazing body knows how to slim naturally.

You look forward to seeing the weight drop off you and to feeling better and better with each day,

Week and month that passes.

Your health improves every day.

You are slimming.

You are choosing to love and accept yourself exactly as you are right now and you also love the person you are becoming.

You will always be enough exactly as you are.

You feel so grateful for your amazing body that is easily and effortlessly slimming,

Releasing weight,

Letting go.

Your stomach is shrinking,

Reducing,

Getting smaller and smaller until it reaches a perfectly healthy natural size.

You eat mindfully,

Practicing gratitude for the food you eat and enjoying every bite,

Every healthy taste that nourishes and energizes your body.

You feel confident that you can easily release weight and maintain a healthy body weight.

Your healthy habits last a lifetime.

You feel inspired and motivated to move your body.

Moving your body brings you joy.

You are walking more,

Happily choosing to take the stairs,

Easily finding healthy activities that bring you joy.

Your physical body is transforming as you easily shed,

Release,

Let go of any and all excess weight.

You feel more and more love,

Acceptance and kindness when you look at yourself in the mirror.

You are already beautiful exactly as you are.

You only want to eat fresh,

Healthy,

Nutritious,

Natural food.

After eating,

You feel great and you forget about food for hours afterwards.

You love taking aligned action that helps you slim easily.

You are becoming lighter and lighter,

Slimmer and slimmer.

Your metabolic rate is increasing day by day until it reaches the perfect,

Balanced,

Healthy natural rate,

The best rate for you.

Your digestion is improving and getting healthier day by day as you choose healthy foods that support your body.

You are drinking lots of water.

You are releasing any old stories around food and weight that no longer serve your highest good.

You feel compelled,

Inspired,

Motivated to eat healthy foods that support your body's optimal functioning.

You are releasing any and all connections to emotional eating.

You give yourself love with your kind words and with healthy meals.

You are complete.

You feel full.

You are whole.

You are loved.

You are connected.

You matter.

Your needs matter.

You are enough.

You are important and so lovable,

Exactly as you are.

Enjoy going through the rest of your day or night knowing that you've taken this powerful step to support your health and well-being and to move you one step closer to the future you you are choosing to create.
