Hello dear friend,
I know how you feel.
It feels such an effort to live,
To be alive,
To breathe,
To get up,
To sit down,
To move,
To walk.
But it's okay,
Because on a deeper level,
Your soul perhaps wanted you to have this experience as well.
Why,
You might ask?
Maybe so you can learn to appreciate when things are going well,
Or maybe so you can show empathy to people who are going through similar situations,
Like you right now.
Or perhaps your soul really wanted for you to learn meditation,
And the only way to do it was to create this state of mind for you.
Trust that you will know why this happened the way it did.
Usually,
Everything makes sense in hindsight.
Regardless the reason,
Give yourself permission to let it go right now,
And find a nice and quiet space where you can relax,
Take a pause and connect to your breath,
And be present in the now.
Sit in a way so you can relax your whole body.
Relax every muscle in your body,
Including your facial muscles.
See if you can bring a gentle smile to your face,
Rolling back the shoulders,
Straightening and elongating the spine.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you breathe out,
Imagine each and every vertebrae settling in.
Tuck the chin towards the chest.
Keep your feet firmly planted on the floor,
Hands resting in your lap,
Palms facing up.
Gently close your eyes and begin focusing your attention inward.
Now that you have arrived at this moment,
Pause for a second and feel your body.
Notice how you don't have to do anything,
The body takes care of itself.
Take five cleansing breaths,
Breathing in slowly through the nose,
Holding the breath for a second or two,
And gently release the breath out through the mouth until you empty your lungs completely.
Take your time breathing in and out.
With every inhale,
Feel nice and fresh air cleansing your body and mind,
And with every exhale,
Blow away or let go of your attachments.
Slowly allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm,
And notice how good it feels to breathe.
The breath is such a miracle,
And most of us are taking it for granted,
Never questioning where the next breath is coming from.
Allow the breath to relax the body and calm the mind.
Feel your breath going deep into your abdomen,
Softening and relaxing all muscles.
Notice how your chest expands and contracts with every breath.
Invite your breath to go down your left arm,
Relaxing and softening your hand and fingers.
Now the right arm all the way into the tips of your fingers.
Invite your breath to go down your left leg and into your feet and toes.
Feel the support of the ground underneath your foot.
And now into your right leg,
All the way into the foot and toes.
Again,
Feel the support of the ground underneath your foot.
Direct your attention to the base of your spine.
Imagine your breath moving up and down your spine a few times,
Cleansing and removing any negative energy.
Relaxing and softening the lower back,
Mid-back and upper back.
Relaxing the shoulders and opening the chest area.
See if you can find your center of gravity.
I invite you to take a deep breath into your head and feel your head expanding gently and effortlessly.
Your crown chakra opening up and all your fears,
Worries,
Guilt,
Shame,
Negative thoughts,
Negative beliefs leaving your mind and entering the collective consciousness.
Take a moment to reflect on your experience and hopefully you can notice a shift in your mind and physical body.

Let's begin infusing our minds with positive affirmations.
Let's pull in towards us all the positivity that's available in the universe for all of us.
Open the space around you so uplifting energy,
Positive emotions,
Positive feelings can flow towards you.
Take a moment to step into this new reality,
Free of pain,
Emotional pain,
Mental pain,
Physical pain.
For 10 seconds allow yourself to feel free.
Begin saying after me with conviction and feelings.
I am a magnificent human being and I allow the light within me to shine brighter and brighter.
You may find it hard to believe that this is possible for you right now but the more you repeat this affirmation the more you will feel it within you.
I fully surrender and trust the universe.
I am safe and I am loved.
I love myself with all my heart.
Why?
Because there is only one of me in this world.
I trust that my soul has a divine plan for me.
I know I can shift my mindset.
I have the power to change my mind.
The whole universe resides within me and I am the whole universe.
I am at peace with who I am.
I don't see pain as pain but as learning opportunities.
I have come home.
I am at peace.
Take a few gentle and slow breaths allowing these affirmations to settle deeply within you right into your cellular level.
Give yourself permission to remain in this place for as long as it feels good and comfortable for you.
When you are ready stretch your body,
Gently open your eyes and come back into the room.
