This is an unscripted meditation to transport you into full loving presence with your realness. We use the senses (smell, taste, touch, and sound) to journey into the most sensual depths of our being. I purposefully increased the volume of my voice and paired it with slow building music to encourage total awareness in you. I recommend listening to this meditation with headphones or on speaker at high volume. Notice as your body reacts to the slow and steady pace, and take time to journal your insights afterward. I hope you infuse this sensual style into your daily practice as a way to feel more in touch with the sensations within you.
