As humans, we inevitably find ourselves lost throughout life, trying to dig our way out of a deep pit of apathy or despair. If you find yourself in a place of discontent,

Whisper softly right now,

It is okay,

But I am ready to leave this behind.

For this place of hopelessness is the deepest pit to climb out of,

A hollow within your soul where movement feels impossible.

Complacency reigns in the heart's quiet corners,

And happiness,

Once a spark,

Now feels like a distant,

Exhausting dream.

Tears fall without reason,

As though the heart knows more than the mind.

Life seems like a shadow passing by,

A play you're watching from afar,

Not living,

Not tasting,

Not feeling,

But merely existing as an echo of what could be.

The road to radiance is cluttered with distraction,

Yet as quickly as it fades to dark,

It can rise again,

Turning shadows into light with a single breath.

Today we choose to trust,

To trust that our humanity,

However lost,

Will always return to the surface,

And that our inner guide,

Gentle and steady,

Will lead us back.

If we dare to listen and allow ourselves to mend the tear,

Recover the brokenness,

And be whole once more.

Lay your hands now on Mother Earth below you.

Feel into this energy.

Thank her for giving you this resting place to be alive.

Now gently remind yourself what makes you special.

What qualities do you have that make you happy?

Quietly and consciously release your inhibitions.

Allow worry to slowly fade.

Imagine a ball of light illuminating around you,

An aura of acceptance.

This acceptance slowly strengthens into love.

Hold on to the love and let everything else go.

Repeat the following positive affirmations.

I am resilient.

I am only.

As happy as I allow myself to be.

Problems,

A construct of the mind,

Are an illusion.

I will not cling to or resist anything in my life.

I remain neutral.

I am zero.

I am resilient.

I am only as happy as I allow myself to be.

Problems,

A construct of the mind,

Are an illusion.

I will not cling to or resist anything in my life.

I remain neutral.

I am zero.

Take a moment to rub the palms together.

Notice this new energy field you have created.

In order to change your life,

You have to believe in this power.

Believe in this radiance.

Now envision someone in your life you want to bestow this radiance to.

Embody this person.

Place your hands out in front of you and allow this person to receive your gift.

Your gift of radiance.

Feel the tingling in your hands,

Fingers,

And arms as it moves through you.

Now place your left hand on your heart.

Give yourself gratitude for being here today and opening your heart to this wisdom.
