Transcript

Awaken the senses to a new day.

With eyes barely open,

We see differently.

The blue light of dawn after a restful sleep brings awareness to our chilled being.

The magic is in the subtle unweaving of inspiration,

Oscillating from one idea to the next,

Touching on profound realizations.

The crisp chill stimulates the senses like morning dew on a radiant flower that slowly melts as the sun warms the heart.

Like a cup of chamomile tea,

We savor the current moment without retreating to the past or worrying about what's ahead.

The softness in what's right in front of us,

Yet the strong sense of belonging,

Makes it all feel more real.

Drinking in a fresh sip of air while recognizing the thrill of how it feels,

Noticing the pleasant tingling on the fingertips,

A cue that you're engaging in life,

You're alive and well.

Feeding into your center point,

The heart,

As if it's your life's purpose,

You have a moment of reverence for yourself.

The miracle of your aliveness,

The mystery of your existence,

Reminding you to live forever in gratitude.

Proclaiming that right now is all there ever is,

Until one day you look down on it all.

The memory of you lives on with only the gentle hum of the wind as a subtle reminder.

And still,

With only your spirit intact,

You delight in the present.

Now is forever.

Become centered and conscious in your breath now.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

And a long slow deep exhale out through the mouth.

Remind yourself that now is forever.

Go in peace my friends.

Namaste.
