This meditation is a magical inner experience for wisdom and clarity that focuses on awakening our intuition. We access the voice of our higher self through rigorous breathwork, third eye recognition, and deep reflection. We dedicate our practice to a vital soul to open the heart with more love and honesty, and we end with potent questions for our higher self to get our body familiar with this subtle exchange of clarity. We end with a journaling session to reinforce this peaceful, inner knowing. It is truly a powerful 15-minute practice that uses the heart to expand our awareness.

Transcript

Repeat the following words after me.

Wisdom.

Imagination.

Intuition.

Inner vision.

Mental clarity.

Soul.

Purpose.

Light.

Let us begin by placing an index finger on the space between the eyebrows.

Put light pressure on this area,

Increasing the blood flow,

Bringing awareness to this place of deep insight.

Imagine a color that's associated with this place of deep inner wisdom.

Embody this hue.

Imagine it in the form of smoke around you.

Simply bathe in it.

Let it move at its own pace around you until it slowly and sweetly dissipates.

Find the pineal gland located in the middle of your brain.

This gland secretes melatonin to regulate your body's natural rhythm.

Tap into the healing powers of the pineal gland to relax your body and mind.

Give this gland a color.

Let the color again turn into smoke.

Bathe in the smoke,

Letting it take on a feeling of magic and mysticism.

Now imagine the cleansing scents of lavender,

Rosemary and essential oils.

These clarify your mind and relieve any stress to allow your body to slip into a deeper trance.

As we settle into an easy seat,

Let us reflect and listen.

Begin by just noticing.

How do you feel physically,

Mentally and emotionally?

Is there a layer between you that is hindering the flow of insight from your higher self?

Imagine this layer dissipating into thin air.

Imagine any heavy emotions or sensations changing into a feather and floating away.

Until they float away out of sight.

To go a little deeper,

Let's begin a series of breathing.

10 breaths followed by reflection.

Followed by 10 more breaths.

Let us begin.

Breathe in deep through the nose and out through the mouth.

Again in through the nose and out through the mouth.

8 more times.

Sitting as still as you possibly can.

Bring awareness again to the third eye.

Beam out a bright light in the color of your choosing.

Imagine it like a projector.

Shooting out a light in front of you with intention.

Harness your inner voice with grace and ease.

Open your heart to allow the voice in with so much love.

Now breathe in 2 breaths through the nose and 2 breaths out the mouth.

Let's begin.

Sitting as still as you possibly can.

Bring awareness again to the third eye.

Beam out a bright light in the color of your choosing.

From the space between your brows.

Beam out a bright light.

Now bring in the presence of someone to dedicate your practice to.

It can be a god or a goddess.

A figure in mythology.

Or a person in your own life.

Dedicate your practice to them now.

Really open up your heart when you imagine this person or figure.

Dedicate your practice to them.

Placing one hand on the heart and one hand on the belly.

Settle in to your subtle body.

Feel it deeply.

Begin to ask yourself a series of questions.

Be as honest and raw as you possibly can.

Trust your body.

Trust your intuition.

Watch for visions,

Graphics,

Still images,

Voices,

Or words spelled out in your mind's eye.

Let's begin.

Ask yourself gently.

What am I feeling right now?

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Simply listen.

What am I feeling right now?

Is there anything that I need to know?

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Simply listen.

Is there anything that I need to know?

Perhaps there's a person,

Shape,

Animal,

Or figure that comes to mind.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Simply listen.

What do I need to put more attention into?

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Simply listen.

What do I need to put more attention into?

What do I need to leave behind?

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Simply listen.

What do I need to leave behind?

Deep breath in.

And finally,

What do I possess but cannot yet see with clarity?

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Simply listen.

What do I possess but cannot yet see with clarity?

Deep breath in.

Now spend a few moments in silence,

Honoring your ability to go deep within yourself.

The more we experiment with this process,

The more grounded we become.

And the more answers we receive.

Take a few moments to journal about any insights.
