In this meditation, we take a reverse approach by first settling into what's heavy on our hearts. We send unconditional love to the emotion as we heal through it with softness. We then use visualization meditation to imagine our dream life play out in front of us. We slow it down to focus on the mundane pleasures in life that we generally don't pay attention to or enjoy. In slow motion, how does it feel? How does it taste? How does it sound? By the end of the meditation we have felt everything, and we realize, this polarity of pain and pleasure is where we find the most beauty.
