This meditation is for those who can empathize with avoiding conflict to keep the peace, and who have sensed an unease that can’t be named. That unease could be stuck emotion buried deep in the body. It’s gently asking for you to acknowledge it. To come out of hiding. So today we lead with the heart and beam out a ray of light to give us courage to do the hard thing.
