We find it easy to love others.
Yet we often have a difficult time loving ourselves.
We can be incredibly hard on ourselves.
Ultimately,
This hurts us,
And it hurts our bodies in the end.
There is so much about you.
That you don't know.
Treat the body and the soul as the mystery that it is always curious Always questioning.
You can't expect to fall in love with anyone.
Let alone yourself by skimming the surface.
I encourage you now to rewrite any limiting belief you hold about yourself or your body.
You name it in just a word or a phrase.
And say it aloud now.
Write yourself a new story.
I am free to be raw,
Real,
And unfiltered.
I am free to make mistakes and still be loved for who I am.
As we begin some somatic breath work.
Gently sip in the air through the mouth.
And exhale out the mouth.
Sipping in the air through the mouth.
And exhale out the mouth.
Continue this breathing pattern.
This stimulates the vagus nerve,
Activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
As you do this,
Do some subtle stretches and roll out the shoulders as you continue to breathe in the mouth.
And out the mouth.
And come to a stillness now.
As you tap into your beautiful heart space.
Placing a gentle hand there Does love exist?
Does love exist?
Creating subtle movement in your energy body.
Invoke life force energy Breathing in up the chakra system into the heart space.
Feeling it swirl in circular motions around the breastbone.
Figure eight motions.
Feel this love vibrating out to the rest of your body.
And into your auric field.
Spanning about seven feet in all directions.
Beam out this loving energy from the heart.
And now visualize yourself standing in front of you.
Perhaps it's your higher self.
Or a spiritual version of you.
Send this loving energy directly towards you.
And receive it as a gift.
Delight in the beauty of this energy exchange.
Acknowledge the radiance of this transmission.
And feel the positive charge within you now.
As you bring attention to the lower chakras Ask yourself how does intimacy feel inside my body?
How does intimacy?
Feel inside my body.
You How do I distinguish true intimacy with self?
Versus a fake love.
Or an inauthentic version of love.
Ask your body to show you the difference and begin to make intimacy.
With yourself.
Feeling into each crevice.
Of your physical body.
And sensing into the spaces.
Of your energetic body.
And allowing these two to dance together.
In union.
Creating this beautiful energetic exchange feel the warmth.
Inside of you.
Simmer in this beautiful feeling.
And as you take in all of this gooey goodness Begin to write a love note to yourself in your mind.
Begin writing this note,
This letter.
With your favorite pen.
And just articulating each word each vowel and allow it to come out authentically.
Expressing all of the aspects of you that you are drawn to and that you love.
Anytime you feel restriction.
Towards a particular part of you.
Just write about it in your mind and release it.
And as your writing comes to a close.
As you visualize this writing coming to a close,
Just Go over in your mind any words that stand out.
And hold those words close to you.
Keep them in your heart.
And now bringing your hands across your chest as if you are holding yourself in love.
Repeat the following affirmations to close.
I am fully myself in each moment.
I no longer avoid or resist the love I hold within.
I no longer attach to pleasure or cling to love.
I allow it to flow through me like a river.
I am healing every day.
I love myself first.
I love myself first.
Make intimacy with yourself daily.
And always lean into the power of your being.
Have a beautiful day,
My friends.
Namaste.
