If you've never experienced Sound Healing, it may feel loud. Just breathe it in and allow the sound to move where your body needs it the most. Sound Healing has been around for 40,000 years. Sound Healing is for beginners or experienced. Feeling it through your body... If the sounds sit with you in your body, your emotions want to be freed, place your hand over it, surrender to it, and allow it to move through so the new energy can come in... You may get shivers, downloads (messages) you may see colours.. sadness, and emotions released, and be sensitive afterwards and a few days after... Be kind and gentle with yourself.
