Welcome to this guided meditation to support you in having a heart centred sleep.

Now snuggle into bed and we will begin.

Feel the heaviness of the blankets against your body.

Feel your head sink even deeper into your pillow now.

It's time to fully relax.

It's time to release any thoughts from your day.

It's time to drift off to sleep effortlessly.

Begin to breathe in and out through your nose.

Slowly and deeply.

Feeling your body relax even more with every exhale.

Feeling safe.

Feeling comfortable.

Feel your breath moving through your body.

Sending love and compassion to all areas that need it.

Be open and receptive to this love.

And now bring your focus to your heart space.

You can place your hands over your heart if you wish.

Feel the energy of the heart.

Its softness.

Its gentleness.

Its compassion.

Its love for you.

Your heart is a portal,

A portal to peaceful dreams,

To a blissful sleep.

See the portal of your heart space as an energetic portal of white light.

Allow yourself to observe it for a moment.

Notice the shimmering light of this portal.

Notice how safe you feel.

How you feel no resistance at all in this moment.

You feel totally held by your heart.

Its loving energy has accessed all parts of your body.

Seeing your body feel light and blissful.

Your whole body now is covered with the shimmering white light of love.

Harmony exists within you.

Balance is restored.

Compassion,

Peace and relaxation fill you.

Visualise your consciousness as a white cloud of energy in your brain.

See this cloud of consciousness travel from your head and down,

Down through your neck and anchoring into the portal of your heart.

As your consciousness melds with the white shimmering light of your heart portal,

You feel so willing to surrender to sleep.

You feel safe and heart centred.

Your mind is clear and calm.

Only loving thoughts and images can enter your dream space now.

Be here now.

Soften.

You are so held and so loved.

You can drift off effortlessly to sleep now.

Surrender into dreams of love,

Dreams of light and dreams of peace.

Good night beautiful soul and sweet dreams.
