Get yourself sitting in a comfortable position and close down your eyes.
We are going to take a moment to come into the present and tune into our bodies and hearts.
Taking a deep conscious breath in through the nose and breathing out with a sigh.
And repeating this twice more.
Allowing your shoulders to drop,
Your spine to straighten.
Now bringing your awareness to your heart centre,
Tuning into your heart space,
Noticing how it feels.
What desires,
Goals or intentions are within your heart?
Come consciously aware of one goal,
Intention or vision that is in your heart that perhaps has not been getting the attention,
Focus or nurturing that is needed for it to become manifest.
Allowing yourself to witness and acknowledge it,
Free from judgement or shame but instead coming from a place of honouring your dreams in this moment.
This could have been a goal you set for yourself at the beginning of the year or a new intention that feels more aligned with who you are now and the new vision you may have for yourself and your life.
It could be an emotion you wanted to experience more of such as joy,
Playfulness,
Freedom,
Abundance.
Whatever it is bring your conscious awareness to it.
Give it your presence,
Give it your attention.
Know it is valid and perfect to want to experience and create things in your life.
This desire is in your heart because it is important to you and it is your birth right to dream and then create from this place of inspiration and creativity.
I will now give you a few moments to really tune into this goal or intention.
Now ask yourself why this goal or intention is important to you.
When our intentions and goals have true meaning and come from a heart centred place,
We see the value and the impact it can make beyond ourselves.
It can really activate our will to keep our focus and to stay in coherence with it.
Now state your goal or intention either in your mind or out loud as an affirmation as if you have already reached it.
Notice if any resistance came up as you said it.
Is there a thought that came up?
An emotion you felt?
Did you feel an area of tension arise in your body?
Did a past memory come up?
Did you become aware of a limiting belief that could hold you back as you move forward towards this goal?
Really take some time now to tune in and observe what stories or responses you have.
From this place of self awareness you then have the invitation to choose not to believe in these limiting beliefs when they arise.
You have the decision to move forward having compassion for yourself when you feel that inner resistance within you.
To take a moment to breathe and remember the reason why this goal is important to you.
Step by step,
Day by day you get to rewire and alchemize the thoughts and patterns that arise.
You can make the conscious choice to align more and more to the higher version of you,
To follow the calling of your heart in each moment.
This is all about being aware of any barriers or perceived blocks getting in the way of you continuing on going after your goal instead of identifying them months down the track.
Now is the time to shine light on all areas of this goal and bring them into harmony so you can create a beautiful,
Easeful transition into making your goals or intentions manifest in your life.
The main reason why people do not manifest their desires is because they have many contradicting thoughts going on at once and they are not all in alignment with the same goal.
So by identifying these and clearing them out you are not only becoming self aware but you are also self empowered and liberated and your desires and intentions can then be reached with more ease,
Flow and grace.
This meditation really dove in deep and perhaps still requires further contemplation so I highly encourage you to do some journaling now with what came up for you and perhaps any further insights might be revealed to you.
Come back to this meditation throughout the week either tuning into the same intention or goal or perhaps a different goal you may have.
