This morning,
You are going to gift yourself the time and space to be gentle with yourself.
To give yourself the love,
Care and support that you need.
So I invite you to get into a comfortable seated position and softly close your eyes.
To be able to be gentle with yourself is a strength.
We can't be so harsh.
Judge me too.
And unloving towards ourselves.
But would never dare to treat another like that.
We can have such negative self-talk playing in our minds and behaviours that are not compassionate and loving.
But that stops now.
From now on,
You are going to be gentle with yourself.
And nurture who you really are.
No matter what you have been through.
Just like a seed that thrives with the right amount of water and sunlight.
You are going to be nourished.
By your own presence and love.
By creating a beautiful environment right now.
For you to bloom within.
You are going to be gentle with your precious heart,
Mind and body.
And bring the soft compassionate energy into the world.
To bless those who need it as well.
But have not given themselves the opportunity to source it within yet.
To begin I invite you to give your body a gentle sway.
A gentle movement in whatever way feels good to you.
Bringing presence,
Energy and motion into your sacred vessel.
Allowing yourself to be soft,
So gentle with yourself right now.
And come back into stillness.
Take slow,
Gentle breaths now.
Feeling your body settle into this moment.
Feel your mind settle inwards.
Drop into this gentle nourishing moment.
And stillness.
Place one loving hand over your heart space now.
Being soft and gentle with your heart.
Allow the tender touch of your hand to bring warmth and care to your heart space.
Being so delicate and compassionate to your very special heart that can feel so much.
Breathe.
Be gentle.
Have so much compassion for you.
And for all that your heart is holding.
You can tell your heart that it is okay to release.
To let go of any heaviness.

Or anything else that it may be holding on to.
Let your heart know that you are here for it.
And it is safe to soften.
And let go.
You are the gentle loving presence that you always wanted and needed now.
So breathe softly and feel deeply the release that is occurring.
Anything that no longer serves or was not your heart's job to carry is released and lifted off with so much gentleness and grace.
Feel the spaciousness and lightness within you now.
Take today slowly,
Gently and mindfully.
Allowing yourself to give you what you need.
To nourish the parts of you that need it.
To find comfort in the little things that fill your cup.
Perhaps take a moment here to contemplate.
What things you can do or incorporate into your day.
That will be kind and loving towards yourself.
This could be as simple as having your favourite hot drink.
Reading a few pages of your book.
Going for a walk.
Doing some yoga.
Or even calling a friend.
Or going and doing something with a loved one.
Take a moment to pick at least one thing you can do today that works with your schedule that you know will truly support you and nourish you today.
Thank you for giving yourself the gift of gentleness this morning.
For starting your day honoring yourself.
And holding yourself with so much tender love and care.
Or being willing to let go and create space within.
For love.
Care and nurturing.
Allow a soft smile to spread across your face as you remember the beautiful being that you are.
When you feel ready,
You may take a full conscious breath in.
And exhale out with a sigh,
Feeling more connected to yourself.
Feeling lighter.
Feeling compassionate.
Slowly open your eyes.
And move forward being extra kind and loving towards yourself today.
