Welcome everyone.
We are back again today for another meditation experience.
Today is called Going Nowhere.
And all I'm going to ask you is to see if you can go beyond my words.
I will be speaking and sharing.
And throughout this,
It may go from one to the next.
And it's almost like my words are background noise.
And you're just feeling in a blissful state.
And you can hear this voice in the background.
You also can connect with the music.
But what you're noticing more than anything is this feeling,
This feeling of peace,
This feeling of being able to completely let go of whatever is taking place in your day.
What went on yesterday and what you've got coming up,
Just complete peace.
It's knowing that this time right now is for me.
And when I give myself,
Me,
I start experiencing life in a completely unique way.
Because me,
You are unique.
So unique that there is only one of you.
And just use the stats at the moment,
8 billion people in this world.
A full sellout football stadium in the UK is 60,
000.
So 8 billion people in the world,
And there's only one of you.
That's special.
So we're going to take that uniqueness into this experience.
Enjoy.
So we can do a countdown from four.
Four.
Go in nowhere.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Go.
Close in your eyes.
Bring yourself to this moment.
Bring yourself to this moment.
When I hear those words,
My attention goes straight inside my body.
My attention goes straight inside my body.
My mind is excited.
Excitement.
Excited mind.
Why?
Because as soon as my attention is inside my body,
I connect with my soul.
Instantly a flash,
The speed of light.
A light being is the soul.
So our mind's excited as it now gets to expend this experience now with the soul.
The soul.
And let's turn this conversation into a bit of a movie.
How unique is this soul?
How special is this soul that the mind,
Which has a bit of an ego,
Is excited?
What?
We're going again?
Walkies.
That's the mind.
Gets to meet the soul.
It's like a superhero inside your body and your mind gets to meet it.
So think about as a kid.
You're heroes.
And heroes come in so many different variations.
Fictitious heroes.
Yet for them to be a hero,
There were attributes to them.
They were real.
It spoke to the soul.
The soul inside your body,
The equivalent,
Is Jesus Christ.
And the mind cannot be reacting to that because the mind's excited in this space.
It's listening.
Jesus Christ.
Yes,
Us.
Christ.
Yes,
Us.
You're Christian?
No.
Christ.
I am.
I am Christ.
Jesus.
So the equivalent of Jesus,
The sun inside you.
Try and think about,
Imagine Jesus was here now and everyone's like,
He's arrived.
The king has returned.
He's here.
Imagine all those voices are inside your body.
And those voices,
The vibrations are attached to the body.
Jesus.
And all the talk that he's here inside the body.
Everyone's energy is just lit up.
And you can see now there's an excitement in this space.
Where is he?
What's he going to be like?
You turn into a kid again.
Yeah,
He's here.
Be patient.
Just watch.
And you see everyone looking around.
You can hear the chit-chat inside the body.
Good vibes.
And then you hear that inner voice inside your body.
And without the words,
There is this feeling.
Something's happening.
And you feel like a little kid with that smile.
And you feel like a little kid with that smile.
And you feel like a little kid with that smile.
There's a wonder coming from your face expression.
And you're still looking all around inside your body and you now can feel the energy.
Imagine lighting a hot air balloon.
And that balloon lights up.
That's your body.
And you feel from your heart center that energy outpouring.
Waves of this energy.
Mexican wave inside your body of that energy.
And even if Jesus is not here,
This is an experience by itself.
By itself.
Everything's taking place in you.
All those feelings.
All those visions.
Looking outside of yourself for someone.
When that someone,
The sum of one,
Is you.
Jesus has arised.
Jesus has arisen.
Jesus has arised.
Rise my son.
And you feel that sun rise.
You feel that rush through your body.
Jesus has risen.
All from within you.
Jesus,
Yes,
Us.
Yes,
All of us.
And you know it's all of us because you can feel that energy around all of us.
You can sense there's a bit more to this energy to the usual.
It's a collective energy.
A collective consciousness.
Christ's consciousness.
Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ.
It's that feeling.
Blown away.
The ego's just been destroyed.
It's here now.
Mind nowhere to be seen.
I can feel it.
I'm unable to see outside of me because my eyes are closed.
Blinds are down.
Going nowhere.
You know where you are going.
Because you've already been.
How do you know?
Because I'm here now.
I've arrived.
Exactly where I'm supposed to be.
I went this way.
I went that way.
And then I experienced this feeling.
Hey presto.
It just clicked.
Going nowhere,
Nowhere to go.
You know where to go.
There is nowhere to go.
Nowhere to go.
Anything that does not serve you,
You go.
I will be here.
With my truth.
My truth is my sun.
It's my light.
My truth is my soul.
My light.
And the truth is I am the truth.
That's the truth.
The ultimate truth I am.
Am I?
The ultimate truth I am.
Am I?
I am.
So repeat that back to yourself.
I am the ultimate truth.
In ultimate you have the word mate.
Best mates with your soul.
Best mates,
Ultimate.
That's sure one powerful friendship.
And an even more powerful partnership.
Yourself.
Your soul.
And your sun.
And you all have so much in common.
This common sense,
I can see it.
It's a community.
I am the truth.
And when you say you know it.
Yeah I am the truth.
I am the way.
I am the light.
I am the love.
I am.
I am that I am.
Now that's a good feeling.
In fact that's a great feeling.
In fact it's one of the best feelings.
It's knowing who I am with a full selection of feelings.
I am.
I am.
I am a feeling.
So I am.
Now be here with yourself.
All here alone.
We are all here alone.
Yet we are all in each other's presence.
That's a powerful thought.
I'm all by myself yet I'm so powerful.
And I'm so powerful because I feel the presence and power of all these souls.
Our soul.
Our soul.
I am power soul.
Again repeat it to yourself.
I am powerful.
I am power soul.
My soul is the power.
And if you want a confirmation of that truth.
I am a powerful soul.
And I really want you to bring awareness to those two words.
The word power combined with your soul.
Let's start with your soul as true power.
The best expressions of your soul.
That's power.
And you're in here now in this space.
Bathing in power.
So I just want to take your attention inside your body.
I am a powerful soul.
We can think it.
We can silently repeat it.
And as you finish both of those as a combination.
Feel it.
I am a powerful soul.
Lift off.
Your soul has risen like a rocket.
With your awareness follow your soul.
Take yourself to new heights.
The body will still be here.
It's like the body now has responsibilities.
You go.
Go with the soul.
I will be right here.
And I mean it.
Go with the soul.
Enjoy yourself.
And when you come back you're going to feel amazing because I've got your back.
Your body is that best friend.
So you go off with your soul.
So being proud of someone else.
Something that you've noticed from someone else and you were proud.
You were impressed.
That was amazing.
Thank you for that gift.

Bring awareness to that feeling.
So now imagine God looking right at you.
The son of God.
The soul.
Proud of you.
Share that feeling.
That feeling.
And that right there is the truth.
It's the ultimate truth.
It's your feeling.
Do you enjoy that feeling?
Are you enjoying that feeling?
That's the truth.
That feeling.
So think about your entire life.
And whatever has taken place in your life imagine if you knew this simple truth.
That at any given time I am that feeling.
So now knowing that truth as the soul the world has changed overnight.
And you've awakened on this special day.
Oblivious to the external world.
It is something special about this morning.
There's this deep feeling.
And this feeling is so deep you have to dig even deeper to find the right words to describe this feeling.
Yet the truth is love completely describes this feeling.
And something in this human experience that is a big fear to us all we just spoke about love which is life.
So if we start with the word love and then follow by death we fear death.
Yet let's start from the truth our soul before we get to our senses.
So you are here with no ears death.
And if you wasn't told about death something you heard then all you would know is this feeling.
And then that simple question how can I fear death?
If we even go beyond the words fear fear is love in this place fear is like that tiny bit of dust in a spotless clean room.
And that dust is from your soul.
It's a day and night life and death.
Perfect balance.
So if we replace sleep with meditation and that word meditation should be translated to this feeling.
It's the awakened state and this feeling.
Mind and soul.
And we can say mind and body because soul is also in the body.
And you can carry the night through with you to the next day.
And we all know experiences of that something that actually weighed a lot weighed us down.
We carried that day by day.
And when we learn to let go there is no more to carry.
You just carry on in this moment.
Mind and soul in this moment,
One.
Fear and love in this moment is one,
It's love.
One love.
Light and dark in this moment but the eyes are closed.
It is light inside your body as one.
So then two more words we carry.
Life and death.
And that feeling is so freeing.
You can feel it.
It's as if you step into new lands.
This place is heaven.
And you're almost shocked that you are here.
Dumbfounded.
That's the mind.
The mind just cannot comprehend.
It knows and you know the mind knows because the mind is created in this space.
A masterpiece from the mastermind.
The master of peace is that feeling inside your body.
Created and protected from the mind.
It's the child mind.
The kingdom of heaven is within you.
The kingdom of heaven is within you.
So imagine walking through your kingdom.
The place of miracles.
This life is a miracle.
It's miraculous.
Complete bliss.
So now we are here in this space.
Imagine we are all glancing at your body.
All impressed with your vessel.
You made it here in this.
Amazing.
And just looking at the body.
That appreciation for the body.
It just gets on with it.
On with it's me.
Making my life experience the ultimate human experience.
It does it for me.
So like when we were kids and we fell asleep.
And if we used our imagination we were told about the tooth fairy leaving us a gift.
With us all looking down at your body we all now leave a gift.
And from this space these gifts are priceless.
These gifts cannot be seen.
Yet these gifts transform the physical experience.
The healthiest body.
A body that overrides all those negative thoughts.
And your trust in your body is that trust in God.
And if you think about your highest highs with the body as a feeling.
To have that high you had to be one with your body.
Completely in alignment.
The love from your body comes from your body seeing the love from you.
And when you look at your eyes through the mirror you look deep into your soul.
And in that deepest connection continuous thank yous.
Continuous gratitude.
Continuous appreciation.
Thank you.
And that thank you only comes from one place.
That thank you comes from God.
And if you felt that thank you inside your body where your feelings lay God lays within your body.
The egg is laid inside your body the phoenix.
And that phoenix rises as your soul.
So go in nowhere.
Now bring awareness to the stillness of your body.
As your spirit returns to the body.
In your own time take your time.
Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.
Just be.
Your heart beat within me my spirit flies free.
Mother I feel you under my feet.
Father I hear you your heart beat within me my spirit flies free.
