Back to another guided meditation with your host Harrison.
Today's intention is learning to release the past from your body.
This will be a somatic healing meditation for emotional release and body awareness.
Let us begin.
Closing your eyes and finding a comfortable position where your body can feel supported and loved.
And dropping into stillness and with me taking your first slow breath into the nose.
And out through your mouth.
In today's meditation,
You will once again hear birds,
You will hear ambient forest sounds.
I invite you to use them to drop deeper into today's intention.
As you continue to drop softly into calmness as you start to feel safe here with me.
And you consider this possibility.
What if your body was never working against you?
What if the many tensions,
Sensations,
Tightness,
Patterns.

Our messages.
Are signals.
Across many healing traditions,
Including somatic practices,
Trauma-informed approaches,
Perspectives such as German New Medicine and beyond,
There is a shared understanding that our life experiences can leave an imprint on the body.
Stress.
Conflict.
Fear.
Loss.
Separation.
Shock.
Moments we never fully processed.
As you continue to be here with me,
Know that this meditation is not about diagnosing anything.
It is simply an invitation to listen deeply.
To soften deeply.
And to create space for your beautiful vessel to release what no longer needs to be carried.
As we breathe in again.
And yeah.
Allowing yourself to become more and more curious.
As you feel deeper the weight of your body,
The support of your body.
And we will drop deeper into our beautiful body now with a simple breathing exercise.
We will breathe in for four and out for six.
Breathing in for four,

One.
Out for six,

And one,
And one last time in for four,

Coming back.
To your normal breathing rhythm.
Allowing.
Your being to be even more present.
As we now can.
Scan out in a landscape.
With your awareness inside.
Let us move throughout your body.
Starting at the top of your forehead.
Your third eye and your crown.
Bringing your awareness to your jaw.
Feeling your mouth,
Your teeth.
Dropping down to your throat.
Where your back meets your neck.
Your chest and your heart chakra.
Observing.
Dropping down into your stomach,
Your solar plexus.
Into your pelvis,
Your sacral and your root,
Your hips.
Down into your knees and feet.
Noticing where your attention naturally stops.
Naturally focuses on any tightness.
Any numbness.
Heaviness,
Warmness.
Coldness.
Or even emotion that may be present.
You are not here to.

.
Understand anything.
You are not here to dissect or analyze anything.
Simply notice.
Simply imagine yourself becoming the curious,
Playful explorer of your inner landscape.
Not trying to force,
Change,
Fix or resolve anything.
You are choosing.
You are getting to have a dialogue with your body.
Party that loves you.
So as you continue to feel safe here with me.
To listen.
Continue to map.
And with your brave heart.
Choosing one area of your body that seems to be speaking back.
Choosing one area of your body that is asking for your loving attention.
Perhaps this is somewhere.

Where we just scanned and moved through or somewhere else.
Whatever it is,
Meet it.
With compassion.
Meet it with empathy and an openness.
Imagine sitting beside this sensation.
Like an old friend.
Like someone that you have not seen in years.
Someone that you have so much affection and love for.
Meeting them.
No judgement.
Just yours.
Loving presence.
Breathing into this space And out.
Addressing this old friend.
With the following questions.
What have you been carrying for me?
What have you been carrying for me?
And simply Listen.
No need for words,
No need.
For any imagery the answer may come.
As a feeling.
As an emotion.
Simply a deeper breath as we breathe in together.
And Trusting.
Whatever is arising.
Trusting your ability to hold all of it.
Trusting your ability to feel safe.
As we expand our awareness now to this.
Same area of the body.
But now expanding the space around it,
Expanding its room.
No longer is it trapped.
No longer is it compressed.
No longer is it.

Pushed down.
Is held in your expanded awareness.
So in a moment you will breathe with me and as you breathe in we will expand and add space into this area and as we exhale we will dissolve the tension.
Breathing in with me,
Expanding.
Breathing out,
Releasing.
Like mist leaving a valley.
After the morning,
Beautiful sun,
Breathing in,
Expanding.
And out releasing.
Like waves moving out back into the ocean,
Breathing in,
Expanding.
Breathing out,
Releasing.
Softening.
Leading.
Your body knows it's pace.
Continue to breathe at that rhythm.
As we invite in now a cleansing light.
Ink cleansing light.
Moves through your body.
Starting at the top of your crown.
And has this pink.
Cleansing and clearing light moves down,
You feel integration.
You feel.
Alignment.
You feel safety.
Moves from your jaw down into your heart chakra.
Your stomach.
Your pelvis,
Your thighs.
Knees and feet.
The light carrying movement.
Carrying life force.
And anything that no longer needs to remain can move.
Old emotional residue.
Stress responses.
Old protective contractions.
Moves with this light.
Moves with your breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And out.
Breathing in.
End.
Possibility.
Creation.
Space.
Opening in your body.
Feel your awareness now with your body.
Moving into the whole body itself,
Not just one area but your entire field of sensation,
The whole landscape.
Of your being.
Notice how your body feels in this moment to compare the two.
To when we started not so long ago.
Perhaps lighter.
Softer.
More connected.
Perhaps something still integrating and moving.
Whatever.
Is here.
Is welcome.
Your healing and your transformation does not need to look any particular way.
All that is needed in this moment is your loving awareness.
As we breathe into this wholesome space.
And now.
Your body.
Was never.
Against you.
Your body.
As always.
Your team.
Your body is a living record of everything you have survived and everything that you have learned.
And every moment you meet it with awareness,
With compassion.
With presence.
You create.
Loving possibility.
For something new.
Create loving possibility.
For peace.
As together we breathe into your beautiful body.
Breathing in.
And out expand.
Inviting you,
Beautiful heart,
In these final moments.
To gift your body anything else it needs.
Maybe this is a rub.
A hug.
A gentle embrace.
Words of affirmation.
Whatever it is,
I invite you to give yourself that which you need.
So you are present.
For your body.
Feel just how much you appreciate it.
Feeling this receiving in your heart.
Feeling this gift in your heart.
With softness and ease.
When you're ready.
You can slowly come back into the body that's in this room,
In your chair or bed or meditation space.
And with so much.
Intention.
Opening your eyes and coming back.
With the body refreshed.
