Welcome beautiful being back to another guided journey and meditation from my heart to yours.
Today's intention is supporting your body to finally rest,
Cultivating deep relaxation and safety.
Let us close our eyes together if they're not closed already and as we go deeper into this experience let us start and notice something very simple.
Right now here in this moment with me and being held in my heart and my love there is nothing you need to defend yourself from.
No decisions to make,
No expectations to meet,
No roles to perform.
For these next moments you are allowed to put everything down.
Taking a slow breath with me in through your nose and exhale gently out through your mouth.
Going again this time allowing the exhale to make a sound and to be longer than the inhale.
Breathing in and exhaling with a tone.
Breathing in and exhaling with a tone.
As you feel my words and I affirm for you that you can stand down now.
You are allowed to feel safe.
Imagining with me the day that you have either just had or that is beginning.
Imagine this day as a layer of dust that has gently settled over your body,
Over your vessel,
In your field.
Not heavy,
Just an accumulation,
An accumulation of conversations,
Responsibilities,
Upcoming chats,
Upcoming expectations.
Small moments your nervous system has either kept or is keeping track of.
You do not need to clean or fix anything.
With me simply imagine a warm soft rain above your field beginning to fall.
To fall slowly,
Gently,
Gently washing all of these components,
These elements away.
Feel it moving over your shoulders,
Across your chest and back,
Carrying away effort,
Intention and unfinished energy.
The natural release that happens when something is finally allowed and given permission to end.
Letting your body respond naturally to this release.
Letting your shoulders drop,
Your hands unclench,
Your chest,
Your belly soften.
And only having your attention on your breath.
Observing how your breath moves with this washing and cleansing.
How with every inhale there is an expansion of space in your body.
Let us actively connect to this breathing in space and as we breathe out connecting to safety.
Going again,
Breathing in space,
Breathing out connecting to safety.
One more active time breathing into space and breathing out safety.
Your nervous system does not need certainty.
It only needs enough space opening possibility to soften,
To come back to its baseline.
So continuing as we go deeper into this journey to give your breath the permission to create that safety.
Tuning into our body and other areas of our physical vessel now,
Feeling the surfaces touching your body.
Whether you are lying down or in a chair,
Somewhere out in nature,
Connect to that support.
See that support holding you all around you from all direction.
See the support under you,
Above you,
Beside you.
As if you and your being are floating in a calm,
Invisible field that holds your exact shape,
Your exact outline.
You do not need to stay upright,
You don't need to hold yourself together,
You don't need to be in a certain shape lying down.
All that is needed is once more allowing yourself to be fully supported just as you are.
And giving even more permission for your being,
Your body,
Your physical muscles to rest even deeper,
Even deeper.
Noticing even how time begins to feel different as you relax into this space,
Slower,
Wider.
More spaciousness is the quality of the time around you as your heartbeat even slows down,
Your nervous system slows down.
And from a human that has been programmed to be a doing,
You shift deeper into a human being.
Every cell of this human being is receiving the signal of restoration,
Receiving the signal of repair,
Receiving the signal of rest.
Breathing in with me,
Breathing in with me.
And breathing out.
Your body already knows how to do all of it.
Your body already knows how to rest deeply,
How to relax deeply,
How to feel safe deeply.
So tune into a relaxation here that is happening on its own,
A rest that is happening on its own.
We will come back to our breath now at three rounds of a short inhale and an extra long exhale.

Just soaking up a sense of relaxation,
Sense of unwinding,
Sense of peace,
And with nothing else to do but listen and receive my words,
I share a final prayer to take with you,
To hold in your heart.
So relaxation and safety and rest can follow you even when you are not in a meditation like this.
And this prayer is simple.
It is the reminder that relaxation and deep restful safety is here,
Is with you.
And at any given moment when the outside world is strong with its intensity,
Is strong with its fear,
With its stress,
With its expectations of you,
At any moment you have a superpower,
And that superpower is your choice,
Your choice to choose yourself.
Not from place of selfishness or negative,
Putting yourself in the way to harm others,
But in the fullness and the care,
Compassion,
And love you have for yourself.
For when you choose your safety,
When you choose your rest,
Your relaxation in order to come back into balance and homeostasis,
Your light,
Your brightness,
Your gifts you're here to give this world expand and impact deeper.
So breathing in to this choice to choose yourself.
And one last time here today,
Breathing in to choose yourself,
Breathing out,
Claiming it.
And then when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Slowly,
Gently,
And feel the space around you,
Your hands,
Your feet,
The space around you.
Taking any more final moments of relaxation and rest and safety with you.
And then when you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Slowly,
Gently,
Peacefully,
Come back into this reality with a new sense of safety,
Ready to act from.
