Thank you so much for this meditation, I really needed this today! I am a new animal rights activist and I just went to my first slaughterhouse vigil last Saturday. Hearing the screams of the animals affected me deeply and I have been feeling so powerless and angry the last days. I am so grateful for your reminder that change is always happening and that it is important to stay calm for effective peaceful protests, I feel a lot better now 😊
