Hand on heart meditation Sitting comfortably or lying down closing your eyes Placing your hand on your heart One hand on your belly Just gently placing your hand over your heart a gentle pressure Just feeling your heart beating Inside your chest.

I was feeling your heart beating a little bit through your upper back as well I'm noticing How your heart is beating supporting your whole body your blood circulation Your blood flow through every cell of your body The deep inhale More oxygen flows to your lungs and your heart to nourish your whole body Gently feeling your heart beating your hands Keep exploring this feeling if you like noticing the rising and falling of your chest And continue this as long as possible I can also add a smile to send a smile and gratitude to your heart while practicing this Letting go of any stress with a letting go exhale whenever you're ready gently opening your eyes I'm noticing your heart beating Supporting you being present here in every moment You being able to smile to breathe Sense how you're feeling now.
