Lion's breath.

Sitting comfortably,

Leaning back,

Lying down,

Or even sitting cross-legged,

If comfortable,

Keeping your eyes open or ideally closed,

Bringing awareness to your breathing.

For lion's breath,

We're going to exhale forcefully,

With our tongue out,

And making the sound of ha.

So inhaling through the nose,

And then exhaling,

Ha.

Open up the mouth,

Sticking out the tongue,

Almost down to your chin,

Making the sound of ha.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling the sound of ha.

Inhaling deeply,

Making the sound of ha.

For lion,

Deep inhale,

Exhaling forcefully,

Making the sound of ha.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling,

Sticking the tongue out,

Making the sound of ha.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling again,

Making the sound of ha.

You can repeat this practice for as long as comfortably possible.

Thank you for practicing lion's breath.

Comprehend how you're feeling now.
