Okay.

So you didn't have as productive as a day that you would have hoped so far.

Let's change how you feel about that.

Welcome to Here by HMT,

Where we find reasons why right here is the best place to be.

My name is Hannah Marie Todd.

My pronouns are she,

Her.

Let's dive in.

If you can,

My friend,

And you feel comfortable to do so,

Close down your eyes.

Let's take a big,

Beautiful inhale breath through your nose,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Another deep inhale breath here.

This time from the bottom of your belly,

Inhale,

Fill up,

Fill up,

Expand,

Expand,

Exhale,

Let that go.

Last,

Biggest,

Deepest one here.

Inhale from the bottoms of your feet,

Of your legs,

Your torso.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Hold at the top.

Inhale 5% more.

Exhale,

Let something from your day go.

Let's do that one one more time.

Inhale from the bottoms of your feet.

Really trace that air,

That breath as it travels up your legs,

Your torso,

As it expands through your belly,

Your chest,

Your being,

My friend,

Up the top of your head.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Hold at the top.

Inhale just a little bit more.

Hold.

What is a thought that you've been ruminating on that's been stuck in your mind?

Maybe that item on your to-do list that you just simply feel like you can't get to and it is weighing on you in this moment right here.

Let it go as you exhale.

Now in your mind's eye,

I invite you to imagine that list of to-dos out in front of you.

Perhaps it's on your laptop.

Maybe it's written in note form.

And as you scan each line,

Just notice how you feel here.

Perhaps your heart,

Once again,

Starts beating a little bit quicker.

Maybe you feel a tightness in your chest,

A heaviness in your body,

In your being.

Just notice,

My friend.

And as you notice,

Can you start to see on the page that these are simply words?

Yes,

They are actions.

They are items that you will get to.

But in this moment right here,

Right now,

They are simply words.

They are separate from you.

My friend,

These tasks,

These to-dos,

They do not make up your value.

In this moment,

Can you separate yourself?

Can you actually see that these action items,

They do not make up who you are.

They do not make your being.

You are already here,

Being.

And as you start to recognize this,

As you tap in,

Tune in,

As you separate from this list,

Breathe deeper here,

My friend.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Start to sink deeper now into your body,

Into your being,

Into that chest space,

That heart space here.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Last,

Biggest,

Deepest one here,

Inhale,

Really fill up.

Fill up into this space,

Expand,

Expand as much as you can,

Expand,

Exhale.

Now notice,

As you land here in this space,

In your heart,

In your chest,

Just notice.

What is it that you feel here?

Maybe that tightness is still here,

Perhaps it has begun to loosen,

To soften.

Just notice without judgment,

Because my friends,

Our bodies,

They speak to us.

They speak to us in a language that only we can hear,

And oftentimes,

We are deaf to it.

But right now,

In this moment,

This is your opportunity to connect with what is here.

Because it's signaling to you.

It's telling you something.

It wants you to know that just because you haven't crossed off one,

Two,

Three,

ABC,

You've taken one call,

Maybe sent one email,

Or perhaps you're just starting for your day,

It's okay.

That does not make you worthy.

In this moment right here,

Right now,

You already are so.

Can you breathe a little bit deeper into this knowing,

This feeling,

This you?

Inhale,

My friend,

Inhale,

Fill up,

Big one,

Big breath,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Really breathe into this.

You right now,

Right here,

Are already worthy without lifting one more finger,

My friend.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Last,

Biggest,

Deepest one here.

Really breathe into that feeling,

That knowing.

Inhale,

Exhale.

And as you do so,

My friend,

Perhaps there is a message from deeper within your being that is ready to rise to the surface,

A message that you could not hear with all the chasing,

The sprinting,

The racing of your mind on how to complete every single task today.

Because that's not it.

That's not life.

Your life is right here,

Right now,

In this very moment,

In these sweet,

Beautiful seconds.

And so can you listen to that voice that is within you at all times,

That voice that is so strong,

So powerful,

More powerful than any of those words,

Your to-dos written down in front of you?

Because this voice knows who you are without all of that,

Knows who you are without those titles,

Those accolades,

Those likes,

Those acknowledgements,

That external validation,

My friend,

It is all right here for you.

So what is it that you need to hear in this moment?

What is it that you need to remember?

Allow those words to wash over you.

As you take a deep inhale,

Breath here,

Inhale,

Fill up,

Fill up,

Fill up,

My friend.

Exhale.

Another deep breath here,

My friend.

Inhale,

Fill up.

Exhale.

Last one here.

Really fill up with those words.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Fill up,

Fill up.

Biggest breath yet.

Exhale.

Stay with this feeling,

My friend.

Stay with this knowing as you start,

Once again,

To rise to the surface.

And as you do,

Once again,

You notice your page.

But this time,

Only one line stands out.

What is the most important thing that you can do right now in this moment?

How can you move from this place of intention to this place of purpose?

This place of knowing who you already are without the chaos?

What is one thing?

Perhaps it's not even on this page yet.

And if it's not,

Imagine yourself now writing it.

As you see that one line pop out from the others,

Allow the others to fall away here just for a moment.

And if you still need to,

You can get back to them.

But when you're ready,

We're going to take that one action.

You will take that one action,

And you will know you have made progress today.

You have moved with intention from the deepest depths of your being to a more aligned and beautiful life.

When you're ready,

And only if and when you are ready,
