And this morning we're going to move through a beautiful morning meditation together in order to set you up for a clear and intentional day.
Perhaps you are still in bed where you've risen and found a comfortable seat.
Wherever you are,
Let's close down our eyes together if you feel comfortable to do so.
Let's take a big beautiful inhale breath through your nose.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Another breath just like that.
This time from the bottom of your belly.
Inhale.
Fill up my friend.
Breathing in that morning air.
Inhale.
Expand.
Exhale.
Let that go.
Last,
Biggest,
Deepest breath here of your day,
Your month,
Your year.
Inhale from the bottom of your legs,
Your torso.
Inhale.
Hold at the top.
Inhale 5% more.
Exhale.
Let something go.
Ah.
As we move from that dream state,
Beginning to shift from those thoughts,
From that space beyond that we may have been existing in,
As we start to shift into our current reality,
This place,
This space,
This morning,
Perhaps you can begin to sense and feel a bit of energy from this day.
And perhaps you woke up from your dream and it was not quite sitting right with you.
And so the energy you've begun to bring into this day feels heavy,
Feels weighted,
Feels uncomfortable.
Or perhaps you feel a lightness this morning,
A joy,
A happiness carried in your soul,
Transferring into this morning.
There is no right or wrong way to feel here.
Only your way.
My friend,
And the more we can notice,
The more we can connect without judgment,
We can become curious about what is here for us this morning.
In this moment,
This morning together,
Can you connect just a little bit deeper with what is here for you?
Take a deep inhale breath here now.

Notice the energy of the day.
Notice what's here inside of you.

Just notice without judgment,
Just notice.

Just take note of what is here for you.

Just like we write down our to-do list or check our calendar for what is here waiting for us in the next moments,
The next minutes,
The next hours of our day,
I invite you to imagine yourself opening this book,
Opening your calendar,
But rather than a full schedule,
Rather than the pages being filled,
Being busy,
There is a beautiful blank page,
Blank day in front of you.
Now,
Before you begin to write,
Before you start to pour out your thoughts,
Your to-dos,
Your ideas onto this page or calendar in front of you,
I invite you,
My friend,
To truly connect back with what you wish for yourself to feel today.
What is it that you wish to feel?
Now,

The energy that you woke up with this morning,
It's your choice.
Whether or not you wish to carry this throughout your entire day,
Or perhaps it wasn't serving you this morning,
And it's your opportunity to let go,
To leave it here now.
What is it that you wish to feel?
Start to breathe into that feeling here now,

Start to feel this feeling throughout your whole body,
Your entire being now.

With this feeling being woven into the thread of your being,
Perhaps you feel just a little bit lighter already here this morning.
Now,
From this place,
From this space,
As you look down to the page,
My friend,
What will you fill your day with?
What will you choose on this day?
My friend,
Let me be a reminder that when we move exactly in the same way that we did before,
Or in the previous day,
Yet we expect a different result in the next,
How is it that we believe to change?
When we write down the same to-dos,
The same expectations for ourselves,
Yet we see a different vision for our life,
How can we expect to get there?
So,
My friend,
Today,
Let today be a new opportunity,
An invitation for something different,
Something new,
Even if minuscule,
Even if it's a micro-moment where you showed up for yourself today that you would not have in the previous one.
What is one thing,
My friend,
You can do for yourself today?
One action,
One step that you can take towards that greater vision that you hold,
That I know you have for yourself,
That I know you can achieve.
You have that vision,
My friend,
Because it's waiting for you from somewhere in the future.
It's calling to you.
So,
Let today be the moment,
The time,
The opportunity,
Where you choose you,
Where you finally make yourself a priority.
Just one small choice,
One small action,
Write it down in your mind's eye here now,
My friend.
And as you envision yourself writing this down,
Each word,
Creating a sentence,
Perhaps a paragraph,
Notice how this feels for you.
How does this feel in your body?
Do you feel a lightness here?
Do you feel a freedom?
Maybe you feel a baby smile start to travel across your lips.
This feeling,
My friend,
Is here because this action is made for you.
And when you start to believe,
You become.
When you take action,
My friend,
The universe begins to align for you.

Into the brilliance of how you will feel once you move through this action.
