This is your moment to refill your own cup, to connect back with the strength you carry within so that you may move forward from this space of deep recognition of who you are at your core. You have much to offer this world but first, you must offer it to yourself.

For the women,

Close your tired eyes my friend.

These eyes that have seen so much have witnessed life around you and perhaps even within you.

Close your eyes and be here with yourself.

You do so much.

You give so much to those around you.

You show up in ways,

In ways that oftentimes you don't even show up for yourself.

But you do so for those around you.

And so right now,

Right here,

In this moment,

Give yourself this gift.

Take a deep inhale breath through your nose.

Exhale,

Let that go out your mouth.

Another,

Just like that.

Deep inhale.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Drop your shoulders.

Settle.

Last,

Final,

Biggest breath of your day,

Your month,

Maybe even your year.

Inhale.

Hold at the top.

Inhale 5% more.

Exhale,

Let something go.

Now in this moment my friend,

In this next breath,

This next inhale of life,

Of your own unique rhythm,

This anchor.

Allow this inhale to travel through you and into your heart space.

Allow it to settle here as gentle as a butterfly would on a rose petal.

Allow your breath to settle and weave its way into the web of your heart,

Your soul,

Your being.

Take a deep inhale breath.

Exhale.

Let this seep and sink in deeper into this heart of yours.

This beating headquarters of love,

Of life,

Of resiliency,

Of radiance,

Of beauty,

Of strength.

My friend,

You are so powerful.

And this heart right here,

It's here to remind you of that.

It's here to remind you of that strength that you hold within.

That even though at times you may feel as though things are crumbling around you and that this body has become a shield that day by day and sometimes minute by minute it feels like it's breaking down.

You have this strength.

You have this strength,

This heart within you.

It beats for you.

It is here.

It has always been here.

And it will always be here for you.

Breathe in.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Another breath into that heart of yours.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Last breath.

Full breath in.

Inhale.

Fill up.

Exhale that out into the world around you.

Settle in and stay here a moment longer with this knowing,

This strength,

This power within you.

Let it ground you here in this moment.

This space right here where your feet,

Where your body may be planted.

You are meant to be here,

Part of this earth.

You are meant to take up space.

You are meant to use your voice.

You are meant to stand up for yourself and for what you believe in.

But most importantly,

You must lead from your heart.

From this heart that beats for you.

This heart that knows the truth about you.

That has a voice which at times is hard to hear because all of the voices around you have become so loud.

But it's still here.

You are here.

Notice what is here for you.

What is it that you need to hear in this moment?

What is your heart telling you?

Is it reminding you of this strength?

This voice within?

The radiance that you hold inside this vessel?

The power?

The resiliency?

The intelligence?

Listen.

Take a deep inhale breath into that answer,

That word,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Let that go.

Inhale once more.

Let it fill you up from the bottoms of your feet,

Up your legs,

Your torso.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Last one here.

Fullest,

Deepest breath yet.

Inhale.

Let it fill you up.

Feel it across your whole body,

Your entire being.

Feel this word within you.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Release.

Now stay here for one moment.

One moment longer with yourself,

With this you.

This you.

Take your left hand,

Place it on your heart,

And imagine a word,

That word that filled you up,

Being imprinted onto your heart,

Into your being.

Allow it to stay with you.

And before we take our last breath together,

Gentle reminder that if you are here right now,

Listening to these words,

That you have survived 100% of your hardest days,

And you will continue to do so.

You will continue to do so.

Take a deep inhale breath into this knowing,

Into this feeling,

Into this body,

This vessel that is you.

Inhale.

Exhale,

Let that go.
