This guided meditation will help in removing the strong old belief patterns and reputation which can create conflicts and lower your self confidence. You will go on a time travel to learn how to increase your neutrality and fill the voids with the new positive life force. You will go deep to find out where your reputation comes from and how it keeps on collecting those opinions from people and makes your reality. Accepting yourself is the best thing you can do.

Namaste.

It's good to be alive.

Get into a very comfortable position.

Maybe on a chair,

On the ground,

Or in your most comfortable position at this moment.

Close your eyes and bring your focus towards your breath.

Let's take some really nice deep inhale and hold for one,

Two,

Three,

And exhale.

You are inhaling life and exhaling whatever is not serving you.

Keep your breathing going effortlessly.

Try to connect yourself with the Mother Earth.

Just imagine a tree trunk is growing towards the earth from your spine.

It's totally fine if you don't feel anything.

Imagine a room in your head.

Is there anybody in that room?

Try to look around.

If there is somebody,

Ask them politely to leave their own.

Now imagine you can go back in time to just a few days after you were born.

What would you look like at that time?

Look at you as an infant and your bright energy.

Now flash forward when you were 10 years old.

Look at your aura and the pictures that are collecting there.

What are those pictures?

What do they say about you when you were 10 years old?

Now imagine you are in your late teens,

Maybe around 18 or 19 years old.

Notice all the opinions from people about you.

Notice what do you want people to think about you?

What do they really think about you?

Or just any opinion in general.

Choose one more time from teenage years to the present time and try to see your aura at that time.

What is your reputation saying about you?

How many pictures you have collected from people's opinion and society?

You know,

I'm not sure.

Flash forward to present time.

Imagine you're looking back at your aura from outside.

See all the pictures on outside of your aura.

Now imagine the cosmic energy is coming down towards your body through your head and spreading all over in your physical body and showering out into your aura.

Let the cosmic energy light up all the pictures on outside of your aura.

Notice how many pictures did you put there?

Is it 10% 50% and how much is from other people?

Notice the stories you want to hear about you from other people and also notice the stories you are afraid that other people will see about you.

Notice all the pictures people have seen in the past.

Notice any lies or misunderstanding that you put on outside of your aura.

Are these pictures really that intriguing?

Are these pictures useful for you?

If you're ready to let them go,

Create a rose outside of your aura.

Just imagine there is a sticky paper or a note on that rose and all the pictures are moving towards that rose and sticking to it outside of your aura.

Once all the pictures that you let go of stuck on that rose,

Blow it up.

Now see if there is any picture that you missed.

Create another rose and move the pictures into the rose outside of your aura.

Let the cosmic energy flow at full speed and fill all the places from where you move the pictures.

With the new life force,

See your true self on the outer layer and all throughout.

Say this to yourself,

I see myself who I truly am.

I let other people see me who I truly am.

Be present in the moment and in your body.

Stretch your body and open your eyes.

Don't forget,

You are beautiful.
