Namaste, This is Guri. Today, We are going to cleanse our solar plexus chakra. Please find your most comfortable position, Preferably sitting down on the floor with your back straight. But remember not to be too stiff while sitting. Place your hands on your lap or on your knees, Facing downwards. I invite you to gently close your eyes and tune into your breath, Becoming aware of the gentle expansion and contraction of your belly, Melting down into the moment, Connecting with your breath. Now, I want you to visualize that you are inhaling the white light and exhaling the grey energy that you are ready to let go of. Now, Becoming aware of the pure white light from the sky, Coming down towards the top of your head and traveling down through the spine. At the base of the spine, Tree trunk, That is your grounding cord. It's spreading down into the core of Mother Earth. Spend some time to visualize and feel this connection. This is making you feel more grounded. Now, Waves of white light are traveling up from the Earth, Towards your feet and the base of your spine, Including your pelvic area, Welcoming the white light to flow up into the solar plexus chakra that is located near your upper abdomen. It is igniting your inner sun, The fire inside you. As this healing white light is flowing into your solar plexus chakra, Visualize this small beam of light beginning to make a small ball, Which is getting bigger and brighter with every breath you take into your solar plexus chakra. Now, A yellow flower is opening up in your solar plexus region, Facing forward. Visualize and feel all the petals unfolding from this beautiful yellow flower. Flower starts to shine with a yellow light that is spreading into your abdomen at the front and the back. Keeping your awareness on the solar plexus and keep on visualizing the yellow flower and the yellow light. This yellow light is healing your solar plexus chakra and helping you with self-confidence, Belief in yourself and your personal power. Feel this light spreading around your aura, Near your upper abdomen. You are healing your solar plexus with the universal energy.
