Today we are going to cleanse our heart chakra.
I invite you to sit comfortably and place your right hand on your belly and left hand on your heart.
If you'll get tired during the meditation,
You can bring your hands down on your lap or on your knees.
Now,
Gently close your eyes.
Begin with few deep inhales and exhales.
Let your body soften and relax.
Your shoulders,
Relax.
Jaw and move your awareness to your breath.
We can learn from the heart that we must fully love and accept ourselves before we can love and accept others.
Love surrounds and sustains us in this life.
Now,
Keep on noticing your breath.
Now,
Bring your awareness to the space around your heart.
Notice this space rise and fall with your breath.
Now,
I want you to imagine that you're breathing in this beautiful emerald or green light through your nostrils.
This light is settling down into your heart space.
It is bringing warmth with it.
That is making the entire upper body feel cozy.
As you breathe,
Allow this light and warmth to grow.
Only by opening our hearts,
We can allow love to come.
Now,
At the base of the spine,
The tree trunk that is your grounding cord is spreading down into the core of Mother Earth.
Spend some time to visualize and feel this connection.
This is making you feel more and more grounded.
Waves of white light are traveling up from the earth towards your feet and the base of your spine,
Welcoming the white light to flow up into the heart chakra that is located in your chest region.
As this healing white light is flowing into your heart area,
Green flower is opening up in your heart chakra,
Facing forward.
All the petals begin to unfold from the flower.
This beautiful green flower starts to shine with the green light that is spreading in your chest area and to your shoulders and down to your arms,
Hands,
And your aura.
Keeping your awareness here in this moment and keep on visualizing this beautiful green light.
This healing light is helping you to balance your heart chakra to help you heal your heart and your relationship with yourself and others.
Keep on feeling and visualizing this green light.
