Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in,
Let go of everything else,
Breathe out and relax.
Come to a nice and relaxed state.
Releasing all effort.
There is nothing you need to change.
You are simply being.
We are allowing all doing to fade out and we can thank our striving.
It's very good that we want to strive and do and create good things in this life.
But just for this moment,
We allow it all to go and we allow ourself to just be here.
Fully accepting this moment,
Fully accepting ourselves,
Our life and the state of the world to be just as it is.
Sense the emotion of your heart in this moment.
Allowing any feeling to be there.
Allowing the heart to open.
Allowing the feelings to be just as they are.
And we find our way back to just observing them with a gentle,
Loving awareness.
This peaceful presence.
And we hold ourselves and these emotions from this place.
And if we can feel any emotions,
We thank them for showing themselves.
Resting with yourself.
This is all a process towards healing,
Towards freedom and love.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
