Welcome to meditation session number 10.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words so follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.

Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
And as you continue to relax you can set out the world aside and just focus inside.
Putting your focus on your own experience and noticing what is here for you now.
Maybe sensations in the body.
Maybe some thoughts on illumination that is still there.
You can hear my voice and the sounds of this meditation.
And you can feel your breath filling you up with air.
Continuing to breathe.
Letting your breath breathe in a nice and relaxed pace.
Just like the waves in the background.
Just letting it be relaxed right now.
And in this meditation you just stop doing anything else.
No need to think anything now.
No need to remember anything.
No need to plan anything.
The only thing you need to do right now is to be here and now observing your experience.
Observing any emotions or any mood that you are in right now.
Just gently letting the emotions relax.
Just letting them be just as they are in this moment.
Just relaxing and seeing.
No need to hurry your emotions.
Just letting them be.
Letting them have all of them.
Just in the pace that they do.
You are just standing by as a curious and loving observer.
Letting them be just as they are in this moment.

You are seeing your emotions as they pass,
As they evolve.
And just relaxing.
You are seeing your emotions as they pass,

Everything is alright.
You are here to take care of yourself.
And you can enjoy just relaxing.

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And for every time you do these meditations,

And it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.
