A Safe Journey To The Astral Realm

Welcome to this astral projection meditation where you'll be guided safely to the astral realm by our very own Reece Jones. The method used in this video is called the "Triangle method" and will help you retrieve the 3D blackness stage easily. You can even use this method with your eyes wide open. Welcome and thanks for joining us for this guided astral projection session.

One of the most important aspects of astral projection is learning how to effectively relax your body and mind by holding on to stress and tension.

You lock the consciousness down and stop it from exploring freely.

So it's critical to begin each session with a brief meditation,

To unwind and let go by taking just a few minutes to focus on your breathing and relax into the rhythms of your body.

With full awareness,

You can feel more relaxed and in turn prepare yourself for astral projection.

And so let's begin by finding a comfortable spot where you can lie down completely relaxed with a straight spine.

A bed is a good place for this or a couch or whatever you think will work.

Find that spot now and settle in.

As you settle into your spot,

Begin to take a few deep breaths in through your nose.

Breathe into your abdomen,

Letting your tummy raise as you do,

And again breathe out through your nose.

Breathe in,

In,

Let go of any thoughts and worries.

And focus solely on the breath.

Set the intention that with each breath in,

With each breath in,

You inhale peace and calmness,

And with each breath out,

You exhale any stress and tension.

Gently bring your awareness into your body,

Starting at your feet,

Become aware of the sensations there,

Acknowledge any areas of tightness or discomfort,

And imagine sending your breath into those areas,

Infusing them with rejuvenating energy.

Breathe deeply into any areas of tension and allow yourself to release any stagnant emotion built up in each area,

And then slowly begin to move your attention upward,

Focusing on your calves and shins,

Feel the muscles in your legs.

Slowly relaxing with each breath,

Now bring your awareness to your knees and thighs,

Visualizing any tension you find there,

Floating away,

And bring your attention to your hips and pelvis.

Many of us carry a lot of tension in this area,

So take a few moments now to guide your breath,

Release any tension or tightness you find there.

Continue breathing deeply,

And feel the entire lower part of your body relaxing,

Each breath bringing you deeper and deeper into the feeling,

And bring your attention up to your stomach and chest.

As you inhale,

Allow your stomach to expand,

Imagine that you're filling yourself up with light,

And as you exhale,

You're releasing any tension,

Then become aware of your arms and hands,

Allow your palms to feel light and open,

Then loosen up,

Next bring your focus up to your neck,

Shoulders,

And head,

Picture a warm soft light surrounding them,

Relaxing any muscles that are holding on to stress still.

Now take a brief moment to observe how you feel as a whole,

Be aware of any changes present within your body,

And continue breathing deeply,

Allowing yourself to relax even more,

Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into this state.

Breathe in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your nose,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

You are at rest.

As you maintain your focus on the breath,

Begin to picture a peaceful,

Calming scene,

This could be a beach,

A forest,

Or any place that brings you a sense of tranquility,

Picture yourself in this place,

Feeling relaxed and serene,

Let this scene take over your mind's eye,

And as it does,

Visualize a bright,

Warm light surrounding your body in the physical realm,

Filling you with love and positivity,

Allow this light to spread through every cell in your body,

Releasing any tension,

Anxiety,

Or stress that remains.

What do you feel?

Perhaps you feel the beating of your heart,

Or the weight of your physical body lightening,

Whatever you feel,

Surrender to these feelings,

Your awareness now rests fully in the center of your forehead,

Mind's eye is bright and alive,

The scene you're picturing is vivid,

A triangle forms around your head,

A glowing gold triangle that surrounds your ears and your head,

Mind's eye,

The triangle pulses with energy,

Protecting you,

Breathe deeply into it now,

Letting yourself connect to it,

Letting it connect to you,

Picture yourself standing in a dark room,

The triangle still pulsing around your head,

In front of you lies a portal,

Behind it lies the start of your astral projection experience,

Connect fully now with this world,

And so you're ready to begin,

Step through the portal,

As you do,

Let it spark the triangle into overdrive,

The triangle is here to guide you into the astral realm,

If at any point you begin to feel disorientated,

That's okay,

Let the feeling come,

Observe it,

And then watch it pass,

All the while staying focused on the triangle,

Now inside the portal you begin to feel a swaying sensation,

Brought on by the triangle's guidance,

It's here to guide you into the astral realm,

So go with this feeling,

Know that it's leading you correctly,

As the swaying intensifies,

Recognize this as a sign,

That you're ready to separate and begin projecting,

You're right at the cusp now,

And so,

You detach from your physical body,

Begin to explore this new place,

You feel weightless,

Free and empowered,

Surrender to these feelings,

Feel them without any kind of overthinking,

Now that you're here,

You can explore mansions,

Visit distant places,

And gain new insights about yourself and the physical world,

Remember the triangle too,

If you'd lost awareness of it,

Reconnect with it now,

Let it guide your experience,

And be aware of any buzzing you may hear,

This is typical for an experience like this,

Unify with the buzzing now,

Allow the sound to guide you even deeper into this new realm now,

As your journey comes to an end,

Guide yourself gently back down into the physical body,

Picture your consciousness as a sphere of bright energy,

Realigning with your earthly form,

As you return,

Take time to reconnect with your senses,

Your consciousness to get used to the body again,

And the physical environment you find yourself in,

Once more,

Rest your attention on the breath and let it calibrate you back into the 3D realm,

Breathe in,

Each breath brings you further into the body,

You are now rejuvenated,

Empowered and at peace,

Allow yourself to lie here in this state,

Integrate any emotions or sensations you brought back from your journey,

Continue breathing as you turn your body fully back on now,

And keep the memory of your experience at the forefront of your mind,

Carry this memory with you throughout your day,

And when you're ready to face the world again,

With renewed energy and vigor,

Slowly begin to move your fingers and toes,

Feel these subtle movements,

Taking you out of this previous trance state and back into the body,

Slowly open your eyes,

Notice how refreshed you feel,

You feel,

Where did you go,

What did you learn,

Who did you become?
