Welcome back to another meditation with me.
My name is Gabriella and for today we have a full moon meditation.
Full moons invite us to let go and to release what is no longer serving us so that we can receive.
It is a beautiful process of give and take.
We release on the full moons and we receive and implement and manifest on the new moons.
So to get started,
I invite you to close your eyes and sink in to wherever you are in this moment.
Take a gentle scan of your energy,
Of your body,
Of your emotions.
Notice the foundation of whatever is going on within you in this moment.
Be gentle and non-judgmental.
I invite you to take a big inhale in,
Hold your breath at the top,
And exhale it all the way out.
Let it go.
One more time,
Inhale all the way in,
Biggest breath,
Hold it at the top,
And exhale fully out,
Pulling your belly button towards your spine.
Good job.
Allow your face to soften.
Your muscles to release any tension and bring yourself fully into the here and now.
Full moons are such a beautiful time to let go.
So I invite you now to go on a little bit of a journey in your mind,
Noticing,
Feeling,
And experiencing all that you know you are ready to release.
What are some things that have been weighing on you?
What feels extra heavy,
Like you need to put it down?
And when we talk about releasing,
It can be anything.
Anywhere from beliefs that you have about yourself or about life.
It may be a relationship that isn't truly nourishing and rewarding.
It can be a habit that you're willing and desperate to shake off.
We all have that inner voice deep down that really guides us to where we have to go,
Where we are meant to go.
Use this time to listen to that voice.
You already know what you need to release.
Lean into that.
Lean into the experience of shedding,
Of unlearning,
Of wholeheartedly letting go.
If you feel your mind getting too wrapped up,
Just bring it back to the physical body.
We want this to be an energetic and emotional experience.
And of course,
We need to use the mind to help us get there.
But we don't want to get too wrapped up in the thoughts.
So,
Feel your way through this process of releasing.
You don't need to question why it has to go,
How it's going to go.
Solely with your genuine,
True intention to release,
You are already doing it.
I am so proud of you.
During this process,
Notice what's going on in your chest,
In your heart space.
If it feels too heavy,
Take that big breath one more time.
Fully let out whatever is latched on to you that doesn't deserve a home within you.
Clear out space in your mind,
In your body,
In your energy.
Feel it melting away,
Melting off of you.
Imagine these ideas,
People,
Experiences that you need to let go of.
Imagine them being washed away.
Thank you,
But no thank you.
You are no longer welcome here.
I am too sacred and too divine.
To allow you to live within me anymore.
I free myself of you.
And as I let go,
I am creating space for what is truly meant for me.
As we're coming to the end,
Gently ease back into your breath.
Notice the rise and the fall of your chest.
And then when you're ready,
We're going to take a loud sigh or exhale out.
So take your inhale in,
And on the exhale,
Fully let go.
One more time,
Inhale in,
And this time even a little bit louder,
Let it go.
You deserve to be free of all that no longer serves you.
I am so proud of you for choosing to let go,
To flow with the phases of the moon.
Maybe after this meditation,
You can peek your head outside and say thank you to the moon for her strength and her power.

Make your way back to the space around you.
